Each apartment has a private bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen for preparing meals.

Its location is ideal to start discovering the city of Porto. In the morning, guests can enjoy breakfast in the various cafes and terraces right along the river and at the Cubo Square, full of terraces, the nevralgic center of Ribeira District, 50m away from the building. The property is ideally placed within a short walk of the main dinning and bar area. Transport facilities are excellent with a range of buses within a minute walk, but you will probably not use them...!

This apartment is a 'duplex'. It has two floors with the sleeping area at the upper floor with the main room facing the river and featuring a small wooden deck terrace. Wonderfull place to be at the end of the day, enjoying the view and the magnificent light this spot has to offer. The location is superb, in front of the river with amazing views and near all attractions, restaurants, bars, convenience stores and buses stops.It has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms, a living-room and a kitchen totally equipped.

Situated at the heart of the historical center of Oporto, boasting breathtaking views over the Douro river and the D. Luis bridge, one of the city's icons, our properties are brand new, designed to take advantage of all room available in the building.

There are 4 apartments at this historical building. Three of them have around 40 sq meters, and the 3th floor is a 80 sq meters duplex with a little terrace to enjoy the weather and the outstanding views.

These apartments are fabulous. First, you cannot find a better location. The hotel a few feet away charges 3 times as much and you'd be lucky to get a view like the one these apartments offer. Second, the apartment (my family and I stayed at the topmost unit) was so tastefully decorated, spotless, and had everything we could ask for as far as amenities - down to the dark chocolate candies by the bedsides! Finally, we were warmly welcomed by Theresa, who could not have been more helpful. If you are lucky enough to find these apartments available, do not look any further. This is truly perfection in Porto.

The apartment was far better than we expected a holiday rental to be. Everything in it was brand new and attractive to look at, and everything was spotlessly clean. The owner also provided us with a good stock of clean towels, as well as welcome goodies such as a bottle of port, coffee, tea, sugar, cookies, milk and juice. It truly was a home away from home, and the owner is absolutely charming. She had also prepared a listing of recommended places to visit and eat, which we found to be extremely useful. We would recommend this listing to anyone visiting Porto.

Tout dans cet appartement est fantastique.
A commencer par Anabela, la propriétaire, qui a réussi le tour de force de réaliser de magnifiques appartements dans un vieil immeuble étroit (intérieur des appartements d'environ 3 mètres). Vous êtes accueillis avec gaieté, chaleur, amabilité. Anabela prend le temps de vous expliquer tout ce qu'il y a dans l'appartement, situation des locaux, matériels, modes d'emploi, ..., bref, rien n'est laissé de côté. Ensuite elle prend la casquette "Maison du Tourisme" en vous remettant un fascicule "fait maison", sur ce que vous pouvez voir à Porto.
Notre appartement, situé au 4 ième étage avec petits balcons et vue sur le Douro, possède 2 niveaux. Au deuxième, 2 chambres et une salle de bain. Au niveau inférieur, il y a la cuisine, un WC, et le séjour/salon. Vous disposez de tout, dans la cuisine comme dans dans le séjour ou les autres pièces. Rien à prévoir. Même la bouteille de Porto était là pour vous accueillir.
Que du bonheur.
Avec cela l'immeuble est situé sur le quai le plus fréquenté de Porto. Laissez votre voiture au parking, pas très éloigné (pour 5 euros par jour) et visitez la vieille ville à pieds. Après une journée de marche, vous profiterez avec plaisir du confort de l'appartement, votre nouvel home.
Un grand merci à Anabela.
Revers de la médaille: la largeur de l'immeuble ne laisse pas de place pour un ascenseur. Mais ce manque est largement comblé par le bonheur de ce petit appartement.

Brilliant apartment!

We stayed in apartment iv for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. An excellant location, with a great choice of bars and restaurants close by (Wine Quay Bar and ODE are particularly good). The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to self cater. The beds were really comfortable and we kept forgetting to wake up in the mornings. The whole apartment was decorated and fitted to a really high standard, and the owner Anabel was a pleasure to deal with, helping us with transport, advising on restaurants, and providing a great service. She made us feel so welcome, and we'll be booking this same apartment for a trip with friends next spring.
