Situated in a very privilege place in Malaga which enables to combine city break with sun and beach holidays.

This luxury 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom seafront apartment of 150 m ² has a privilege location in Malaga since it’s on the 6th floor, literally on the beach and just 35 min walk to the old town!

The spectacular living room sea views includes a large and comfortable couch, 42’ screen TV, DVD player,DVD and book library and stylish dining area with a table to seat up to 10 people.

One en-suite elegant master double bedroom with complete bathroom including an extra large hydro-massage shower cabinet, another comfortable double bedroom, a triple bedroom (one double bed and one single bed), a 2 bed double bedroom together with a modern bathroom, and a third extra toilette make this stylish decorated beach front apartment ideal for 4-9 people. If requested one baby cot can be provided.

The kitchen is a modern fully equipped one with anything you may need, including separated laundry area. Outside, as shown on the pictures the balcony has extra dining area for 8 where to have breakfast or enjoy dinner contemplating the amazing sunsets in the beach or alternatively relaxed back in 3 comfortable chill out chairs.

There is free parking space in the garage with direct access to the building lift, even if car is not necessary.

PRICES WILL VARY ACCORDING TO NUMBER OF PEOPLE OCCUPANCY AND NEED OF USING THE EXTRA 4TH BEDROOM TOGETHER WITH THE EXTRA THIRD TOILETTE.

See the tourist guide book and the restaurant guide and /or visit the tourist office where Plaza de La Marina is located, just where you get off the bus in the old town.So the old town is a must visit, calle Larios is an elegant high street, the Picasso Museum and Thyssen Museum for those interested in art, and there are many narrow streets where to “get lost” and be surprised for the authentic local thing . The old cellar and restaurant El Pim Pi in calle Granada is really worthwhile. The city sight-seeing two floors bus is a good way of visiting the main monuments, starting in Cathedral stop, la Alcazaba, el Paseo del Parque, Merced Square and get up to Gibralfaro Castle. Another highlight not to be missed is the new Restaurant Marina at the harbor, which is located at the end of Palmeral de las Sorpresas. The entrance is in the Plaza de la Marina, make the relaxing walk of Palmeral de las Sorpresas and at the end on the right you can enjoy a nice restaurant atmosphere, for something typical and cheap, visit LA SUREÑA, it’s a fried fish and beer restaurant. To get to the old town you can get the 16th bus which runs frequently or walk 35 minutes through the nice promenade (when you get to the old town, just crossing the bridged do not missed CAC (Center of Comtemporary Art), free exhibition which itinerant collections are really worthile if you are keen on art :O)

The city sight-seeing two floors bus is a good way of visiting the main monuments, starting in Cathedral stop, la Alcazaba, el Paseo del Parque, Merced Square and get up to Gibralfaro Castle. 15 -20 minutes drive by the motorway, it is located Aqualand and the famous attraction park Tivoli World.

The nearest supermarket and small local fresh vegetable and fruit shops are just 5 min walk including a Butcher Gourmet shop .The area includes restaurants, coffee shop, pharmacy, children playgrounds,hairdresser, banks,gym etc. Shopping center mall and Carrefour are 5 minutes away by car/bus.

The beach counts with all the modern infrastructures, green areas, a modern promenade. I recommend walking to the west on the shore until the end on sun rise or sunset..:O)..Elegant ´Chiringuitos’ restaurants , literally on the beach ,such as el GUTIERREZ (just downstairs)caters for the best ‘pescaíto frito´ in Malaga.Other good restaurants near the apartment are also

SACRISTIA DEL REY is good to have some typical Spanish raciones (big tapas) and also high quality Spanish dinner. MESÓN AGUSTIN restaurant is a a fine restaurant not to be missed for meat lovers and AVILA COFFEE is one of the most famous patisseries in Malaga just by LA MARINA PINTXOS recommendable for its Vasco Country tapas bar. PORTO FINO is a nice and new Italian restaurant just by ABUELA MARIA, simple Spanish food. CAMPO DE ARROZ is the best Chinese restaurant in Malaga city. For those willing to relax, having a cocktail in one of the promenade chill out terraces, as MARE NOSTRUM, at sunset time is a must.

There are plenty of activities to do in the beach and in the promenade. It just not the typical sun bathing in the beach hammocks, refreshing in the sea, walking along the beach or taste “pescáito frito” in the chiringuitos…There are many other types of restaurants as decribed above but also outdoor and with free access the promenade offers a perfect place for children and families with playgrounds, a Tyrolean traverse and many leisure outdoor facilities, including a bike and skating track, gym equipment, ping pong, beach voley ball, beach football, palm trees green areas etc., Just a few minutes’ stroll from the apartment there are also other attractions such as the Parque del Oeste where to see a lovely couple of Australian Wallabies kangaroos and some exotic birds, the `Huelin open-air food and clothing market`, ideal for bargain hunters. For those keen on culture and exhibitions, 10 min walk, the new Automobile Museum is a must together with La Térmica centre, the new Malaga culture space where young local artists and also international artist exhibits their creations such as, plastic arts, photography, teatre and other modes of art expression. On the other hand, the Inaqua fitness center is in the area and it offers plenty of fitness and water activities, as well as mind and body options such as yoga, taichi, pilates, dance classes (aerojazz, aerolatino, etc) and a basic spa.

Fantastic apartment and a balcony to die for!

This was our first experience with renting an apartment, and it was great! Esther provided a superb service, and she was very helpful. The beach was great! The nearby beach-bar served very tasty coctails. Very good food in the vicinity, and the nearby supermarked provides the necessities! We also found the on-the-corner farmacy to be very convenient!

We arrived in a perfectly clean and very well facilitated apartment, all meeting the descriptions in the advertisment.

Our greatest food experience in Malaga was no doubt our visit at El Pimpi in the old town.

I would absolutely recomend Esther's apartment to all friends and everybody else!

Incredible!

The first word that comes to mind of my recent trip to Malaga: Incredible! We were a group of five friends traveling from different countries who wanted a relaxing spring reunion on Costa del Sol. What we experienced was much more than that. Having arranged for the five of us to stay together at this residence allowed us to share our time in a wholesome and memorable way. Not only is the location on the beach wonderful with its beautiful view and convenient proximity to Malaga city center, but the residence is also richly furnished and impeccably clean. This allowed us to both relax and share homemade meals together, and it placed us well within reach of the best Andalusian cuisine. And not least, coordinating our trip through Esther was reliable, seamless, and transparent. Thank you very much Esther for the very pleasant accommodation. I look forward to my return.

Schönes Apartment in perfekter Lage

Auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist dieses Apartment sehr geeignet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung, sowei Handtücher und Bettwäsche war reichlich vorhanden. Alle Küchengeräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Kinderzimmer sind genügend vom Wohnzimmer entfernt, so das man abends auch Ruhe haben kann. Der schöne Balkon ergänzt die Abendstunden perfect.
Zu der Lage - besser geht es nicht. Supermarkt und Apotheke in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie guter Fleischer und Bäcker. Man kommt gemütlich innerhalb 10-15 Minuten in die Innenstadt mit dem Bus, Auto nur für Malaga würde ich nicht empfehlen. Es lohnt sich, die Stadt zu erkunden, sehr sehenswert und großzügig gebaut. Strand vor dem Haus, incl.Kinderspielplatz etc. Strand war leider nicht so sauber, aber war kein Problem.
Eshter, die Vermieterin, kümmerte sich von Buchung bis zur Abreise komplett um alle Fragen, und war mit den Tips und Ratschlägen sehr sehr hilfreich.
Top-Adresse für diejenigen, die auf Bequemlichkeit nicht verzichten wollen, jedoch nicht direkt im Rummel wohnen möchten.

No doubt, our best holiday ever!

A super clean, spacious, fully equiped deluxe apartment. Don’t look any further because you won’t be disappointed when you plan a holiday in this apartment. We could have stayed here forever!

And our host and owner did everything to make us even more comfortable, Thank so much Esther!

In summer the use of aircondionting is very welcome and you can regulate this per room.

In this luxurious place all is comfortable; beds, chairs,couch and a large balcony to enjoy a romantic sunset in the sea. Or have breakfast in the morning overlooking the beach, sea and boulevard where lots of people are walking and running.
Everything that will make your holiday unforgetable is just around the corner; bakery/café with good coffee and delicious sweets, marvelous butcher, supermarket and local fruit and vegetable shops.

But just a little stroll and there are various restaurants in the area of the apartment. Actually not much tourists from abroad, so a really Spanish experience!
Just one step out of your well secured apartmentbuilding, you can eat the best fish in town at Chiringuito (beach restaurant) Gutierrez for dinner but also at lunchtime the locals eat here.

Two steps away a beautiful beach and if you like sunbeds and umbrella are for rent for a small price.

The city of Malaga at your feet, easy to reach by bus or taxi. Or a walk along the beachwalk in the morning or night. During the day in the summer , the city centre is a bit to far in combination with the hot temperature. Malaga has a lot to offer and Esther will provide you with lots of information. Go for tapas in Malaga after a day of shopping and visiting some cultural sites. At a really hot day is the cool departmentstore El Corte de Ingles a good idea to spent some time to cool off and the great sales start the 1st of July throughout the whole month.

For more exploring we rented a car for the whole stay, a private parking place is part of this rent which you need as you are actually on the beachfront and not much parking space at the public road.

Andalucia is really the place to be when visiting Spain.

Very nice apartment, modern, well equipped and fresh. The location was great, right in front of the beach and loads of restaurants. We had our own parking, which was very practical, and Estelle, the owner was very helpful and friendly! We spent a very nice family holiday and were very pleased with our stay.
