An apartment , also on the second floor , with a balcony of 8m ² , perfect for breakfast and / or dinner while you witness Barcelona urban movement . A suite with its own bathroom . A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge with dining area and folding bed (hidden if not used ) so they can sleep two adults .
Finally , three distribution identical apartments located in prestigious building in Paseo de Gracia , 16.
All three have identical bathrooms ( in the suite) and kitchen. But one of them is designed to accommodate two people and two , to accommodate four people thanks to a completely hidden folding bed in the lounge.

The apartment is located in 16th, Passeig de Gràcia which is one of the main avenues of Barcelona and one of the most famous avenues in Spain, due to its importance for tourism, shopping, business and a great showcase of outstanding works of Modernist architecture, as architects buildings Antoni Gaudí and Lluís Domènech i Muntaner, declared a World Heritage Site. The avenue is located in the central part of the city, the Eixample de Barcelona, ??and connects Plaça Catalunya in the south with Carrer Gran de Gràcia in the north.
Popularity can be similar for the Champs Elysees, on the other hand is the second of the most expensive streets of Spain
Plaza Catalunya: two minutes walking from the apartment. Officially Plaça Catalunya in Catalan is a central square in Barcelona and, with 30000 square meters, the third largest square in Spain, (of similar size to the Plaza of Spain in Seville), after the Plaza of Spain in Madrid and the Plaza of Spain in Barcelona.
It is the junction point between the old core of the city and widening. Here is where the most important roads of the city are born: La Rambla, Passeig de Gracia, Rambla de Catalunya and Ronda Univeritat and Ronda de Sant Pere, as well as Carrer de Pelai, Avinguda Portal de l'Àngel (the great commercial artery of the city and ancient gate to the Romanic and Gothic Walls).
Las Ramblas, 5 minutes walk from the apartment
La Rambla, also called Las Ramblas (in Catalan Les Rambles) is the name of a landmark tour of the city of Barcelona which runs between Plaza de Catalunya (Catalan, Plaça de Catalunya), the heart of the city, and the old port Port Vell.
The walk is crowded all day and late into the night. It is dotted with newsagents, flowers and birds, street performers, cafes, restaurants and shops. Near the port lots of markets, as well as painters and artists are used to be settled.. Strolling down La Rambla we can see several buildings of interest including El Palau de la Virreina (the Vice-Queen Palace) and La Boqueria market and the famous Liceo theater (in Catalan, El Liceu), where operas and ballets are performed. One of the side streets, a few meters long, leads to the Plaza Real (Plaça Reial), a place with palm trees and arcaded buildings that host many pubs and restaurants, and the place where every weekend the stamps and coins collectors use to meet.
La Rambla receives in different sections different nomenclature, so it is usual called in plural: Las Ramblas (Les Rambles). From Plaza Catalunya different ections are named as follows: Rambla Canaletes, Rambla dels Estudis, Rambla de Sant Josep, Rambla dels Caputxins, Rambla de Santa Monica.
The walk to La Rambla ends at the old port (square Portal of Peace), which houses the famous statue of Christopher Columbus, and from there ride a wide walkway called the Rambla del Mar area leads to Maremàgnum.
Nearby you will find the Maritime Museum (Museu Maritim), dedicated especially to the naval history in the Mediterranean, and which exhibits scale reproduction of an ancient war galley. The museum is located in the Royal Dockyards (catalan, Drassanes) medieval shipyards where ships were built. Ships that connected the extensive dominions of the Crown of Aragon in the Mediterranean. The Old Port offers other attractions such as a leisure center and shops, restaurants, an IMAX theater, and the largest aquarium in Mediterranean marine fauna.
In the historical center, very close to La Rambla, are also interesting Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza Sant Jaume that houses the buildings of the Generalitat of Catalonia and the Barcelona City Council, and the narrow streets of the Gothic quarter as both Raval and Born.
