4 bedroom villa for 8 people only 5 minutes from the beach

Beautiful villa of 3 floors situated in the vicinity of Wall in the north of the island. The villa has 4 bedrooms (one with balcony overlooking the pool and with direct access to the terrace), kitchen, dining room, two living rooms, three bathrooms and a large terrace with table and chairs with spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The farm is large, an orange grove and a large garden care thoroughly. It also has a swimming pool with lawn and sun loungers. It is the ideal place to spend a family holiday in an intimate, large, in the middle of nature but close to entertainment areas with bars and restaurants and close to the beach. An excellent place to unwind and enjoy the holidays. Mallorca, the Mediterranean island with 300 days of sunshine a year, is one of the most beautiful places and with many things to do and places to meet.   • The price rate is for 8 people per week coming into Thursday. No groups of young people. No rent for parties and events. The price includes cleaning, water, electricity, bath towels, pool towels and bedding. To guarantee the reservation should anticipate a 30% by bank transfer. The rent is payable in cash on arrival, plus a deposit of 200 € which will be returned on departure.
