Apartment on the second and last floor with balcony and mountain view

Attention: Winter season 2014/2015 already rented.

The apartment, on the attic floor of a detached house of only 3 apartments totally, recently built in typical Tyrolean style, is located just 5 minutes walk from the historic centre of Ortisei, on the sunny valley side.

The apartment is characterized by wooden furniture tailored with attic rooms and typical local stove.

It features a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), 2 rooms with either 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub + shower, 2 washbasins, toilet and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.

A large living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, with access to a balcony that offers a splendid view of the Sella Group, completes the apartment.

The entrance is equipped with comfortable wardrobes; it is also available an outdoor wood storage to store skis and boots.

In front of the house there is access to a large underground car park and the bus stop to the ski lifts.
