Attic apartment, newly built in typical Tyrolean style, located just 5 minutes walk from the center of Ortisei, on the sunny side.

The apartment is decorated in a bespoke wooden attic rooms with wood burning stove and typical local. It features a master bedroom with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath + shower, 2 sinks, toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and dishwasher. A large living room with dining area and wood burning stove, with access to a terrace that offers beautiful views of the Sella Group, complete the house.

The entrance is equipped with a comfortable wardrobe area; also available is a woodshed outdoor storage of skis and boots.

In front of the house there is access to a large underground car park and the bus stop for the ski resorts.
