    Cancellation Policy:
    In the event that the booking is cancelled prior to arrival we regret that no deposit can be refunded.
    In the event that the full amount has been paid then this can be used to book dates in the future for up to one year from the date of the original booking.
  • 'Baan Chang' Holiday Rates Include The Following:

    - Fresh bed linen and towels two times per week.
    - Check In Time to suit the guests arrival times
    - Check Out time to suit the guests flight times.
    - ADSL (Broadband) Wireless Internet (Laptop required)
    - T.V satellite service displayed via LED 'T.V in the lounge.
    - Pool cleaning and gardening service
  • Car Rental can be arranged prior to arrival on the island. We will send you details of prices and options.

    Airport Collection Service: Allow us to provide your airport transfers normally at 400 - 600 Baht.

    Insurance: The Owner is not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as water craft, water sports, Jeep or motor bike rental, etc.

We (myself, husband and 2 kids) stayed here for 5 nights after escaping from a nasty beach bungalow experience! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. The house is immaculate with everything we needed, and the pool was just lovely after a long hot day exploring the island. Many thanks to manager John for his friendly ( and very prompt) phone/ email replies and information. We cannot recommend Baan Chang highly enough and we dearly hope to return.
