Situated in the exclusive gated residence known as ‘The Moorings’, along the Kingsbridge River and boasting dramatic views across the estuary; this beautiful holiday home provides a restful escape in South Devon!
The extremely tasteful and spacious ground floor apartment is perfect for groups of 5, with plenty of space to complement the views to ensure your maximum enjoyment of this luxury home-from-home.
Guests can relax and entertain in the exceptionally large and inviting open plan living room, with dramatic views of the Kingsbridge River providing the perfect backdrop for unwinding on the comfortable sofas; with perhaps a good movie on the flat-screen TV to enjoy too!
Doors lead directly out onto a sunny balcony which overlooks the delightful riverside communal grounds and is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, relaxed lunch or romantic evening aperitifs.
A large dining area is also situated to the living room which can comfortably sit up to 6 for a more formal dining experience.
The high quality separate fitted kitchen provides the perfect setting for preparing and cooking delicious meals, with a breakfast table also features for relaxed dining moments during your stay.
The holiday home can comfortably sleep up to 5 guests, and is suitable for adults and children aged 10 years and up. The principal guest room features a spacious king size master bedroom with luxury en-suite shower room suitable for disabled guests.
The delightful second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and an additional guest can be accommodated to the third bedroom which is furnished with a single bed.
A second bathroom fitted with a bath tub and overhead shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail conveniently completes the internal accommodation.
The luxury gated residence provides resident parking and the idyllic communal garden which runs alongside the picturesque Kingsbridge riverside, is the perfect spot in which to read a book and relax in the sunshine.

Kingsbridge is a thriving market town and is reputedly one of the main towns in the South Hams. A wide variety of shops and monthly farmers markets all add to the character of Kingsbridge. Being located at the head of the Salcombe estuary gives the town a very special feel.
Kingsbridge has plenty to offer the holidaymaker for example, an indoor swimming pool, a purpose-built sports and leisure complex, Kingsbridge Cookworthy Museum, located in the Old Grammar School, 2 art galleries and The Church has a 13th century tower and parts of the area known as the 'Shambles' go back to the 16th century.
There is an 18 hole links Golf course at nearby Thurlestone and Salcombe has an excellent sailing centre, which caters for most watersports enthusiasts.
