Located in beautiful Piriapolis, Uruguay just 4 blocks from ‘Playa Grande’ beach and the Rambla, a board walk that lines the beach and leads you directly into the city. Just a 1.5 hour drive from Montevideo, this house is situated in Los Angeles, a neighbourhood of Piriapolis, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the city centre where you will find cafés, shops, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. This beach house is furnished with a 42 sq. meter, 450 sq. foot covered outdoor patio and barbecue area with a grill, wood-fired oven, and sink - great for relaxing and enjoying meals outside.
This house is very accessible by bus. Buses stop just 4 blocks from the house on stop number 6 located next to the large grocery store 'Devoto' on the Rambla.
The neighbourhood is calm with friendly neighbours and a small grocery store one block away from the house. The streets are unpaved and the house is located on a dead-end, so there is no traffic noise. We speak English, French and Spanish to answer any questions you may have.
Punta del Este is only a short drive away, less than 30 minutes. It is a very nice scenic seafront drive from Piriapolis to Punta del Este, including sites such as Casa Pueblo and Punta Ballena.
