Ideal holiday accommodation with beautiful view

The property was accurately described in terms of location, layout and facilities. Anna, the owner of the property made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to ensure that our stay would be pleasant and very enjoyable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to any of my friends - it is perfectly located in Port de la Selva and must enjoy one of the nicest views in the whole village, close to shops and restaurants. We ate out approx half our time but the best restaurant of the whole lot was our balcony where we enjoyed al fresco dining in beautiful surroundings with fresh fish and good steaks cooked in the apartment's very well appointed kitchen. P. De la Selva is a very pretty small village and was delightfully "sleepy", the traders were all friendly and we were greeted with a friendly "hola" from most, even outside their shops. We were there in early June before the tourist season got busy but I think the village will always have a lovely feel to it as it will probably always be quieter than Neighbouring Cadaques or Llanca. The village made a lovely base for touring from, although the connecting roads to the outside world are quite twisty and slow to negotiate - this is what probably preserves the tranquility of the lovely fishing village. We had a very enjoyable holiday as a result of Anna's excellent customer service and her beautiful holiday apartment - I hope to return sometime soon. Robert and family Newtownards, N.Ireland

La mejor elección

Que Port de la Selva es un pueblecito entrañable ya lo sabíamos, pero la elección de este apartamento fue decisivo para obtener el espléndido resultado de nuestra escapada. Ubicado frente al puerto, no queríamos prácticamente salir de la casa, despertar frente a esta bahía y desayunar con la sensación de tener los pies en el mar es exquisita, comer en su salón amplio y confortable resguardados del viento que en alguna ocasión soplo, nos permitió mantener las misma sensación de exteriores, pero lo inolvidable fueron nuestras charlas al atardecer con un vino comprado en el celler de al lado contemplando el monasterio frente a nosotros y disfrutando desde la terraza del espectáculo increíble de esa hermosa bahía que se pinta de colores. la cocina amplia y equipada con todo, y a cinco minutos de los mejores caminos de ronda de la zona. Anna la propietaria , nos puso un montón de facilidades, y nos recomendo un monton de cosas para hacer, que la mayoria quedaron pendientes... Que ganas de repetir ... sin duda!

Sous le soleil de Port de la Selva

Merci Anna pour un séjour particulierement sympa. L'apart est spacieux, propre, situé en première ligne devant la mer. Nous etions 3 couples avec chaqu'un une grande chambre et 2 salle de bains complètes. Pas besoin de voiture une fois sur place (même si on en a profité pour visiter Cadaques, Figueres et son musée Dali), tout est à portée de main, aussi bien les commerçants que de belles excursions dans le Parc Naturel de Cap de Creus. Port de la Selva est adorable et moins touristiques que d'autres villages de la côte. Il faisait un peu froid pour aller se baigner mais les petites calanques sont toutes prêtes. On y reviendra!

Amazing Port de la Selva

We couldn't find better place to stay! Perfect location, amazing terrace, awesome views and the best, a balanced combination between mountain walks and beautiful Mediterranean beaches. So much to do and visit. Port de la Selva is now our jewel in the Costa Brava. We highly recommend it! Very decent rates for such a comfortable flat. Anna, the owner of the appartment, is great. She facilitated our stay so much!. Thank you Anna.
