Elizabeth purchased this villa in 2005
Why Elizabeth chose Sozopol
I bought the land in 2005 as I wanted to build something bespoke to suit my needs. I wanted a spacious open-plan interior with sea view and to be near beaches. The villa took 5 years to build and was completed in 2013.
What makes this villa unique
The villa has panoramic sea views and tranquility even in peak season. Near sandy beaches and the historic town of Old Sozopol which is authentically Bulgarian with a fascinating history. Children and particularly teenagers they will be delighted with the summertime activities in the new part of Sozopol which is humming with activities in July and August - nightclubs and discos, street food and fair ground amusements.
