Spectacular home. The best area of ??Hospitalet, opposite the house that the Arenal Beach (Blue Flag), a few meters between the house and sand, is the promenade. Sea view from 4 rooms. Downstairs, a large kitchen, bathroom, dining room for 8 people, and surrounded by a garden with terrace and barbecue. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (all with double bed and a bathroom. On the top floor loft type, is the master bedroom with full bathroom with Jacuzzi and a terrace overlooking the sea. House designed for 8/10 people , has air conditioning. From the garden has direct access to the pool (s Community for seven houses). The house is nicely furnished and not older than 5 years. The situation is exceptional, no car is needed because supermarkets, restaurants, rent, etc., is just minutes from the house.

Opposite the house is the ride of 5 km promenade with pedestrian area next to the beach where you can practice any sports or simply stroll, eat at any of his numerous "Bars" or simply take a ice cream with your family.
