It has 105.78 sqm of built more 78.23 m² and 9.83 m² Terrace surface area covered terrace. On leaving the airport go straight through the first roundabout and take the direction Ciutadella, on arrival at the second roundabout turn right towards Mahon. (M1 Main Road). Then go straight until you reach another roundabout where you turn left leaving the Repsol station on your right. At the end of the downhill you will find a roundabout, take the exit on the left towards Fornells, follow all the road until you reach a roundabout and take right towards Son Parc / Fornells. At km 18 you will find an intersection on your right with the sign of the Golf Course, follow the road and keep the right until past the apartment block of Taylor Woodrow (Golf Village and Green Park).
