These lovely apartment is perfecly located for exploring Tuscany. It is just 10 minute drive to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra, a historic Etruscan city which can be viewed from the the apartment. The immediate countryside around the apartment is absolutely stunning at all times of the year. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano and Siena. Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa - just an hour away. The nearest beaches of Cecina and Bibbona are about 30 minute drive, but there are further beautiful beaches and seaside village within comfortable day trips away.

This is newly renovated ground floor apartment 78m2 with 2 bedrooms + extra 1 cellar bedroom 78m2, 1 bathroom,  living area for 4 or max 6 guests, separate entrance. Open-plan living/lounge/dining area is ideal for entertaining in. A fully-equipped kitchen provides convenience for your home cooking. The apartment has a beautiful master bedroom with Queen bed, second bedroom has queen bed too. There is very large cellar bedroom (78m2) with queen bed. The bathroom is finished with beautiful marble. The apartment also features spacious wooden terrace (20m2) that belongs to the apartment where you can eat breakfast, private garden and a parking space. High speed Wi-Fi free of charge. There is a beautiful tennis court on our location, fully equipped. It's possible to book (earlier) professional tennis coach or training partner for reasonable fee. There is a fantastic pool with its stone terrace with deck-chairs and sunshades. Parking space on the property.

The nearest beaches of Cecina and Bibbona are about 30 minute drive, but there are further beautiful beaches and seaside village within comfortable day trips away. San Miniato has a good golf course and is about 30 minute drive away should you feel like an 18 hole walk. Highly recommended for a holiday during any time of the year.

This was an incredible experience - we had a beautifully and perfectly decorated apartment and enjoyed the very nice and quiet surroundings on top of it.

Our hosts were very caring and attentive.

We were the very first guest staying there and probably received a little extra attention but there would still be plenty left for other guests ;) We are for sure coming back when our vacation plans point to Tuscany.

Absolutely recommend this beautiful place

We stayed at Villa Levanda D. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and clean. There was enough space for everyone inside. Swimming pool right outside the house was perfect. Panoramic view from our terrace and by the pool was astonishing and right at the foot of Volterra, about 20 min away. Service from the hosts was outstanding and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. As we were the first guests not everything was completely finished, but the staff acted immediately to our requests and opinions. However, there was not much shade on the terrace nor by the pool or parking place. There is a vey nice tennis court as well, although somewhat hot mid summer.
I would recommend this beautiful place to everyone, although with very small children it can be slightly inconvenient because of stairs to the apartment. The service was very good and we felt more than welcomed by the hosts. Don't hesitate booking at Tuscany Forever.
