Cottage with two bedrooms plus a sofa bed. Hills between Lucca and Viareggio.

Former oil mill '700 of 120 sqm, part of an ancient villa with sea view, the Apuan Alps and the lovely view of the lake Massaciuccoli (Torre del Lago Puccini), completely renovated while preserving the original features and materials as evidenced by the old beams and the old chestnut 'bricks' which were built the roof and floors. The restoration of stone walls and old structures with which it was produced oil will make you enjoy the taste of the past. Everything is studied in detail and accompanied by a play of light that enhance the atmosphere. Pool area for exclusive use. Ancient village in the municipality of Camaiore, a medieval city, part of the route of the famous Via Francigena. Ricetro Licetro or (as one often reads on old maps) is a small group of houses surrounded by a typical Tuscan landscape made up of ancient olive trees and cypress trees. Given its location on the seafront, enjoys an excellent dry temperate climate. Beautiful is the view that we can see from multiple locations: in front of the sea with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, on the one hand a glimpse of Lake Massaciuccoli (Torre del Lago Puccini) and behind the spectacular backdrop of the Apuan Alps.
