Fully renovated house with swimming pool

A La Cotinière, old country house Charentais, completely renovated in 2013 in a walled garden of 850 sqm with a heated pool 9m x 4.5m shared with the chai

The house has a living room (40 m²) including living room, dining room with an open kitchen and three bedrooms (17, 16 and 13 m²) with three bathrooms with separate toilet and toilet. All the rooms opens to the south, on the terrace, the garden and pool. The house has a floor heating.

The renovation was done to preserve and enhance the typical elements of Oléron architecture while bringing the comfort of a home to a prefectural 5 stars rating. Were restored fireplace, well, so characteristic of the island and the whitewashed walls.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, the layout of the house is suitable for couples.

The house is a 5 min walk to shops and the beach, in the town of La Cotinière, famous for its fishing port and auction. The house is accessed by a Oléron alley.

Once Parour, forget your car and enjoy, thanks to the best sunshine in the Atlantic side, all activities on foot or by bike: beach and seafront walks, outings ...

You will find there food shops, excellent quality, for shopping a real pleasure: bakery, fish provided directly by the fish market, butcher, wine shops, grocery and daily market with fruits and vegetables, cheese-creamer, oyster etc. After shopping, the well equipped kitchen will allow you to showcase local products (please try the céteaux and squid, local specialties).

In case of emergency, but does not want you, on-site doctors and pharmacy.

In the late afternoon, always on foot, you can go for a drink at the bar enjoying the Gaite light on the fishing port, before returning to the friendly atmosphere of the Oyster Bar Pigouille (yes oysters Oléron are good even in summer!) and finish the evening with a stroll along the harbor, good gelato from Tamarins in hand!

For a slightly more urban atmosphere, bike fifteen minutes by bike and you're in Saint-Pierre d'Oleron "capital of the island," with its small shops or clothing, of course, food (do not miss the pastries from the church square), bars and restaurants. If you want to taste the local food market, the right place is Le P'tit Bouchon, in the main pedestrian thoroughfare.

And if you leave Oléron light, you have access near the famous La Palmyre zoo, the site of the frigate Hermione or at the aquarium of La Rochelle.

Een superleuke vakantie

Wij hadden een superleuke vakantie. Het huisje zelf was ruim, netjes onderhouden en met alle hedendaagse comfort. Elke slaapkamer had z'n eigen badkamer wat wel heel comfortabel was. Het verwarmde zwembad (eind oktober) was een topper voor onze kinderen.

maison très fonctionnelle, matériaux de qualité, belle décoration, proche de tout mais au calme, piscine chauffée de bonne dimension, tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis

Le propriétaire nous a donné de très bons conseils pour aller aux bonnes adresses, la maison était très propre et nous reviendrons avec joie mais en louant la petite maison pour profiter pleinement de cet endroit magique

Idéal pour une détente absolue

Encore plus beau en vrai que sur les photos...

Rien à redire sur cette maison qui nous a accueillis avec 2 couples d'amis. Idéal pour un séjour confortable de tous les vacanciers. Les chambres sont toutes aussi confortables et disposent de leur propre salle de bains. De l'espace, du calme, du confort et une fois arrivés sur place, plus besoin de voiture... Le rêve !

MAGNIFIQUE MAISON

Maison magnifique et spacieuse : matériaux de qualité ; électroménager haut de gamme ; agencement de très bon goût ; literie parfaite ; vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine complet. La piscine et la terrasse avec son salon de jardin et ses transats design : un vrai bonheur ; les commerces à proximité. Vraiment tout pour un superbe séjour à la Cotinière.

magnifique maison prestations haut de gamme

Maison exceptionnelle : rénovation récente, avec goût, équipement très complet et haut de gamme (électroménager, literie, chauffage au sol, cheminée......) et le tout dans un état de propreté irréprochable. La piscine, à l'abri des murs en pierre permettant de préserver votre intimité, doit être bien agréable à la belle saison!

Le port, les commerces et le marché sont accessibles à pied à quelques centaines de mètres (boulangerie, boucherie, presse et bien sûr poissons à volonté).

Contact propriétaire très sympathiques et arrangeants (ils comprendront !).
