16 Rue Forville is a delightful and comfortable 3rd floor apartment (no lift) in a well-maintained period building consisting of a spacious sitting room with double sofa-bed, an American kitchen and breakfast bar; one separate bedroom offering a king-size bed or two single beds and a newly renovated shower-room. The apartment is heated and air-conditioned throughout and has wifi Internet available. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, an oven, hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. Also provided are a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and hair-drier. Conveniently located for the attractive local beaches, the Palais des Festivals et des Congres and numerous local restaurants and the stunning daily market. All shops are close by and the train station is just a few moments walk away. There is a frequent bus to the airport from nearby on the Croisette. The whole apartment is light and bright and overlooks a pretty garden. There is safe car parking very close by.

I grew up in Suffolk, England but I now live and work nearby to Cannes in Antibes Old Town, so have good local knowledge. I moved here with my family 4 years ago, from Mallorca, Spain, where we lived for 18 years. I also owned and managed successful rental properties there.

Fenella has a nice place. It was exactly what we were looking for. Its a definite 3 star place. We found it very comfortable and clean. The location was wonderful. There's a perfect group of French cafes a half block away so be daring and find them. Well worth the effort. The market was so fun to visit. There's a different theme every day there. The Cannes Film festival area is 2 blocks away. The beach/marina is 1 block away. Had a great time...thanks

Perfect place to stay in Cannes

We just came back from our second holiday in this property in Cannes.We love this place and decided to come back this year again. The apartment is lovely and has got everything you might need for your stay! It clean, quiet, modern and well-equipped, especially kitchen. The apartment is located very close to the beach, port, bus stops, restaurants and supermarkets. Fenella is really helpful and warm person and definitely put her heart into this apartment!
I would certainly recommend this place for perfect holiday n the Cote d'Azur.

Perfect place to stay in cannes, it is in a beautiful area and it is close to great restaurants and central Cannes, a very clean and very well equipped espacially for cooking, very good bedding, ac, tv etc. The host is very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at this place if you are going to Cannes.

This is a LOVELY...LOVELY appartement .
It's got everything you could possibly require for yoyr stay.
Fenella has thought of EVERYTHING,
very central for beach. ..restaurant. ...shopping....bus station only 5mins walk .....in the old quater of cannes the beauty of the location is second to none. Then there's Fenella herself.
She is the most lovely...warm....helpful person you would have the pleasure to meet. She went out of her way to help me with my car parking issue when it wasn't for her to d
sort out.
We loved it so much were going back next year, this we've all ready told Fenella, as we can't think of any where else that hasall you could wish for on a holiday in the COTE D'AZUR.
SO A BIIIGGGG THUMBS UP FOR THIS ....DON'T PONDER TOO LONG AS SHE GETS BOOKED UP PRETTY QUICK.
