THE DELUX : this extraordinary, multi-level apartment is situated within the historic city walls of Avignon, 100m from the SNCF train station and the 'Rue de la Republique', the main shopping centre in town. On the second floor of a 15th century residence, the apartment was entirely renovated , providing modern facilities while retaining its ancient character through hand crafted beams and stonework. It is exquisitely decorated and furnished in a combination of both modern and ancient styles.The terrace enjoys a southern exposure, and has a large, whirlpool.

THE 2 TERRACES :On the 3rd floor, this split level apartment is centrally located (rue des fourbisseurs) within walking distance of the main historic sight and local amenities

It has an three suit bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining aréa. It has two terraces, one leding from the main bedroom, the other from the dining aréa.

Both are tranquil and relaxing with extensive views over the medevial distric

Great location! Great apartment!

Patrick could not have been more helpful. Prior to our arrival he answered all our questions through e-mail and was available to assist us throughout our stay.
The apartment was exactly as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Avignon, including a parking space. The view from the apartment was beautiful too!
The location was perfect: just a short walk to Palais des Papes, Les Halles, great local restaurants and everything Avignon has to offer.
Should we to travel to Avignon again we would not hesitate to rent this, or any other property from Patrick.

Great location in a magical town

We stayed over Easter and although the weather could have been warmer, we were entranced by this lovely old town part of the city. And this property is in the middle of it all. The property is full of light and has a lovely character and has been renovated with great care. We went to Les Halles for the legendary food of the area. Shopping was just outside our door, as well as excellent restaurants. Fresh croissants and baguettes every morning for breakfast. We were provided with parking in a modern city garage, which meant that we could travel all over the area without difficulties. We never got tired of walking around the town. Simply a beautiful property in a beautiful town. Because of Catherine the manager's numerous recommendations, we immediately felt at home and able to walk around with the confidence of knowing where the residents go, while also being able to enjoy the city as a tourist. Really great service that made our stay even better! Thank you again!

The location is great, in the city center and interesting restaurants around. The apartment was very comfortable and has everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and quite. The owner was kind and attentive. We loved our stay in this property, we recommend this place!

Wonderful apartment in unforgettable city

My partner and I stayed at the Deluxe Multilevel apartment on the Place des Corps Saints earlier this month. It is very well located within the old ramparts, and the apartment and the terrace are wonderful. The living room overlooks the Place, which features several cafes, shaded by plane trees, that spill out into the square. As noted by another commenter, Catherine's recommendations were priceless -- not the usual sort of tourist traps but the hidden gems only a local would know about. The kitchen allowed us to take advantage of some of the wonderful food from Les Halles market -- the gooey crottins of chevre de Provence were a standout. Would definitely stay here again.

The Ideal Getaway

Though the weather was unseasonably cold -- six inches of snow fell the day after we arrived in March -- the apartment offered every comfort. Patrick, the owner, the owner was extremely helpful and provided us a parking pass for the garage next door. This amenity allowed us to explore the entire region from Arles to Vaison la Romaine from the Pont du Gard to the villages of the Luberon with ease.
The apartment is steps away from a patisserie with delicious pastries for breakfast; nearby are great restaurants. The location is ideal for exploring Avignon as well as it is within the medieval walls. Everything is within easy walking distance, including a hidden gem -- the Angladon Art Museum and its nice collection including one of the only Van Goghs still in the region.
The apartment is comfortable and spacious; we regetted that the weather was so cold, discouraging us from spending time on the terrace. Knowing that we had a cozy apartment awaiting us after walking in the snow, we had a memorable week in Avignon.

Perfect location, perfectly charming

I had expected something quite nice, but was blown away by how special this place was. Spotless and well organized. Three of us were in Avignon on business for several days, so having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was great. The apartment has a lot of space and plenty of room to socialize, find a quite corner to get some work done, or just have some private time.
Catherine, the property manager, is a gem. She suggested restaurants, shops, and sights that are not readily available to tourists, and when we dropped her name we were treated like royalty. Definitely follow her suggestions!! She's charming, multi-lingual and eager to help.
I will be back to Avignon, and will stay in this apartment whenever I can. It's a short walk to just about everything the walled city has to offer. Don't be afraid of the staircase (spiral and seemingly endless) the views of the city and streets are well worth the climb.
