We have two apartments to let in the exclusive Bellresguard Estate. 150m apart, 'ENEAS' is a ground floor apartment with 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 35 x 15 ft sitting/dining room. ALL bedrooms and sitting room have patio doors opening onto a private garden that has direct access to communal gardens and swimming pool. Total floor space 201 sq mts.

'Atlas' is on the first floor with a huge 50sq/m sun terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. It has 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 28 x 15 ft sitting/dining room. Total floor space 187 sq mts.

They are modern and luxuriously appointed with marble floors and bathrooms, full air conditioning throughout with elegant and comfortable furnishings. Bellresguard is 200 m from the beach and the resort centre is 700m walk along the stunning seafront.

The nearby 4 star Illyador Hotel (200 metres) has a tennis court and Health/Beauty spa open to non residents.

Atlas is a luxury, spacious fully air-conditioned 3 doubled bedroomed apartment on the first floor (sleeps 8). The sitting/dining room (26 x 15 ft), master and guest double bedrooms have patio doors leading onto a huge 50 sq m sun terrace with separate outdoor dining and seating areas. The third bedroom is large with 5ft double bed, single bed, and full size pull out single bed. The terrace overlooks beautiful landscaped gardens and swimming pool with views across to the stunning Tramontana Mountains. The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout, with traventino marble floors and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, separate utility room, wireless BROADBAND, Digital TV with main UK BBC and ITV channels, DVD, VHS and Hi-Fi. It is elegantly and comfortably furnished to a high standard with Egyptian cotton bed linen, goose down duvets, books, games, videos etc. The beach is 250m, the resort centre 700m and the foothills of the Tramontana Mountains directly behind the apartment

Excellent modern spacious apartment

We have just returned from 9 days stay at the Atlas apartment on the Bellreguard estate

The property is modern, clean, in very good condition & with all amenities U could want & more

The owner is very prompt & responsive at the enquiry & booking, & even whilst away One of the best levels of service I have ever received, I can't praise her enough :-)

We stayed out of season, therefore being the only occupants of the block The balcony is excellent, plenty of space & furniture, I would imagine in better weather we would have spent almost all our time out there, certainly in warmer evenings

Having visited Puerto Pollensa on may occasions, I can simply say this is the best property & facility we have stayed in, the owner the most responsive & would definitely look to return without hesitation We both really liked the little home form home touches, making the stay much more pleasant that the usual clinical look

Heavenly apartment

This is a fabulous property and one which we have returned to on numerous occasions. Hard to say what we like best; the apartment is spacious, extremely well-equipped and luxurious. The terrace is vast - larger than many apartment gardens and gets all-day sun. In addition, the setting of the apartment in beautiful Bellresguard is wonderfully quiet and feels exclusive. With the shutters down and an enormous, comfortable bed with premium linens, we always get a great night's sleep and the terrace is a very relaxing place to start the day. The location of Atlas is fantastic, surrounded by hills at the exclusive end of the Pine Walk. It is a flat 10/15 min walk into town, but there are supermarkets within 2 mins walk and the wonderful seafront bar / terrace at the Ila D'or hotel and small beaches at under 5 minutes (walking). The apartments cost a small fortune to buy (we have seriously considered it) and no wonder. We love being able to enjoy this lifestyle for a week or two - it is a complete privilege and it's hard to imagine a more luxurious family-friendly holiday.

Our Favourite Place to Stay

This is our second visit to the apartment. We love the location, the complex and the apartment. We visit a number of different places as a family each year, and this has become our favourite.

The furniture and kids toys are great, the beds are comfortable, and the apartment is beautifully maintained. We are thinking more and more about visiting more and reducing our other holidays planned elsewhere.

As a final note, it has a beautiful sundeck which gets sun all year round.

Rarely do I write reviews, but for this place, it is worth spending the time.

Superb apartment in a beautiful location

Superb apartment that is well equipped and beautifully positioned close to pine walk area of Puerto Pollenca.

We use it as a base for cycling and it is ideally suited being close to Formentor and the main cycling routes in the North

Apartment has 3 good double beds and the air conditioning is very effective

Huge balcony and plenty of toys for children

Well equipped kitchen with blenders, pans, knives, coffee machines, paella pans etc.

Well equipped utility with washing machine, drier and ironing board

Very peaceful and a great relaxing holiday when not cycling

Relaxing as soon as you walk through the door!!!!

This is the second time we have stayed at Atlas. It is such a tranquil and beautiful location. A few minutes stroll through the gated complex takes you to the beautiful Pine Walks. We have stayed in several apartments and villas in the Puerto Pollenca area but Atlas is definitely our favourite. Atlas was lovely and clean, spacious, airy, comfortable beds, lots of home from home touches and an amazing balcony!!! Ruth is great to deal with and provides great information. There is a vast choice of eating places with choices to suit every budget and taste. I would highly recommend Atlas and hope to be visiting again soon.

Beautiful apartment

We had a great holiday in this apartment. From the beginning the owner was exceptionally helpful, answering questions promptly and giving all the info I needed. The apartment itself is beautiful, really clean, well furnished and finished to a high standard. There is a huge balcony where we spent most of our time when in the apartment, which looks directly out onto the pool and gardens. It was very quiet and peaceful during our stay - we felt we had the gardens to ourselves. The apartment and the gardens have an upmarket feel - definitely one of the classiest developments I have stayed in.

Bellresguard is an exclusive estate, only 200m from the seafront situated in Puerto Pollensa, one of the prettiest resorts in Mallorca. Situated on a large sheltered bay with sandy beaches, the Puerto lies beneath a stunning mountain landscape and is an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the town centre there is a large seafront promenade with small shops, bars and restaurants running alongside more sandy beaches where children can play whilst you eat, drink and soak up the atmosphere.
