Spacious and quiet in a beautiful eighteenth century building, completely renovated. Inside you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a TV room, reading or games for kids, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub.

In these places, there reigns the calm and silence. The windows overlook a gallery around a large leafy courtyard where birds chirp. You will feel like in a cloister, away from the noise of the streets and places around where the animation is assured. Perfect for leisure, work or relax after a day of sightseeing.

Children are welcome but noisy tenants are asked to refrain.

GREAT APARTMENT IN THE HEART OF CADIZ

Great apartment of our brief visit to Cadiz. More spacious than we expected. Comfortable and good lighting to read in the evening. Very convenient for visiting the old town with everything an easy walk away. Ismael was a very friendly and helpful host. He even found some fresh milk for my wife who doesn't like UHT milk in her tea! We loved the apartment and may well return one day.

TOLLER URLAUB

Wir haben den Übergang der Elternzeiten genutzt, um 4 Wochen Urlaub in Andalusien zu machen. Da die Saison erst deutlich später beginnt, haben wir uns gegen ein kleines Dorf an der Küste und für Cádiz entschieden. Es war genau richtig! Cádiz hat alles zu bieten: eine hübsche Altstadt, Strände und rundherum Meer. Und es ist eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Region, weil man mit Zug, Bus, Fähre fast überall hinkommt.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super, es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist die einzige in dem Haus, die an Urlauber vermietet wird. Das Haus ist echt schön, und die Dachterasse ist toll. Die Wohnung ist ordentlich ausgestattet, und wenn irgendetwas fehlen sollte, bringt Ismael es vorbei. Wir haben z.B. neue Messer bekommen, weil die vorhandenen stumpf waren. Auch hat er innerhalb einer halben Stunde eine neue Gasflasche für den Heizer vorbeigebracht (wir hatten ein paar kühle Tage, und wir brauchten es für unser Baby nach dem Baden etwas wärmer).
Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig, aber wir haben uns schnell daran gewöhnt. Lediglich das Ehebett ist etwas kurz für großgewachsene Nordeuropäer. Für uns war es ok und zur Not stehen im zweiten Schlafzimmer noch zwei weitere Betten zur Verfügung, die länger sind.
Ismael und seine Familie sind total nett. Wir wurden vom Bahnhof abgeholt, weil wir mit Kinderwagen und den Koffern ordentlich zu schleppen hatten. Und wir haben uns ein paar mal auf einen Kaffee oder ein Bier getroffen.
Wenn wir nochmal nach Cádiz kommen, würden wir die Wohnung wieder nehmen.

MAGNÍFICA ESTANCIA EN ESTE APARTAMENTO

Magnífico apartamento en pleno centro de Cádiz, amplio a la vez que acogedor, y con todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia maravillosa. Además, el trato por parte del propietario, Ismael, ha sido en todo momento extraordinaria, poniéndose a disposición de lo que nos hicies falta, muy amable. EXCELLENTE ADRESSE DANS LA VIEILLE VILLE DE CADIX

Appartement très spacieux. Equipement parfait (tout est neuf). Le bâtiment est authentique et surtout magnifiquement bien placé, les places aux environs sont superbes et animées le soir. Tout est facile d'accès. Surtout ne pas oublier d'aller au marché, fabuleux, et bien-sûr au musée juste à-côté. Il peut arriver d'entendre parfois quelques bruits du voisinage mais rien de gênant (aucun bruit de voitures). Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants, disponibles et vous donneront plein de bons conseils pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Formidable accueil comme on aimerait qu'il en soit toujours ainsi. Si nous retournons à Cadix, il est certain que ce sera à cette adresse.
Rare et original : plusieurs oeuvres d'artistes locaux sont exposées dans l'appartement.

Un apartamento muy bonito, tranquilo, ubicado en una muy buena zona de Cádiz. Pero lo mejor de todo los caseros, una pareja encantadora y muy amable que te hace la estancia ideal. Inolvidable.

No need to drive to stroll downtown. Located in the historic city center, the apartment is located two minutes from the monuments and the most important museums. It is surrounded by small squares: San Francisco, Mina, San Antonio, San Agustín, with its cafes and terraces. Central Market, 10 minutes walk, you can buy fresh produce (especially a large variety of fish and seafood) or options on site if you wish.

Out of the apartment, down the street, you can walk beside the sea to Genovés park and watch the beautiful sunsets.
