Spacious and quiet in a beautiful eighteenth century building, completely renovated. Inside you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a TV room, reading or games for kids, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub.

In these places, there reigns the calm and silence. The windows overlook a gallery around a large leafy courtyard where birds chirp. You will feel like in a cloister, away from the noise of the streets and places around where the animation is assured. Perfect for leisure, work or relax after a day of sightseeing.

Children are welcome but noisy tenants are asked to refrain.

Truley traditional Cadiz feel

We stayed for a weekend only and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building is typically "usual" when viewing from the outside but upon entering the impressive central open-to-sky area is quite outstanding and retains much of the original character. The apartment itself is bright and airy and looks out on the open central courtyard shared between the few flats within this old house.
As good as the apartment and it's location are, it's the owner of this place that was even more of a gem. He couldn't of been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended this place if you visit Cadiz.

Great apartment in the heart of Cadiz

Great apartment of our brief visit to Cadiz. More spacious than we expected. Comfortable and good lighting to read in the evening. Very convenient for visiting the old town with everything an easy walk away. Ismael was a very friendly and helpful host. He even found some fresh milk for my wife who doesn't like UHT milk in her tea! We loved the apartment and may well return one day.

Apartamento amplio, acogedor y limpio en un edificio con un precioso patio interior. En el centro de Cádiz desde donde puedes acceder a pie a todo el casco histórico. El apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario, muy completo. Lo más importante su propietario, su amabilidad y simpatía, además de venir a buscarnos a la estación y acompañarnos al alojamiento nos facilitó toda información. Se puso a nuestra disposición para todo que necesitáramos. Una estancia perfecta con la tranquilidad que da tener una persona como su propietario dispuesto a solucionar cualquier problema, aunque, como he dicho, el piso no necesitaba nada. Para repetir

ESTANCIA PERFECTA

Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en ese amplio apartamento situado en un edificio con un precioso patio en pleno centro de la ciudad, junto a la plaza de España y a cinco minutos de la plaza de las Flores. Todo el casco histórico es accesible a pie. El apartamento es cómodo y limpio y su propietario Ismael muy agradable y siempre accesible para lo que necesites. Le damos las gracias por recibirnos tan amablemente a pesar de que por circunstancias llegamos a las 2 de la madrugada a Cádiz.

Owner's Response: Qué bien se siente uno cuando conoce a personas como María, su marido y sus amigos. Desde el primer momento transmitieron una sensación de estar alojando a amigos.

Apartamento perfectamente situado en el centro y cercano a todos los lugares turísticos y de interés, a los que puedes llegar dando un tranquilo paseo sin necesidad de usar ningún transporte. La casa es amplia, cómoda y limpia. Mención especial merece Ismael, el propietario, por su amabilidad y simpatía. Sin duda, si volvemos a Cádiz, lo haremos aquí.

Magnifique séjour!!!

Notre séjour a cadiz était merveilleux en grande partie grâce a cet appartement !!!
Très spacieux, très calme , tres propre, très bien situé proche de la plage caleta , du centre historique , du marche central, des supermarché , des boutiques de grandes marques pour le shopping , des monuments et musée, des restaurants...
Vraiment merveilleux!!
On a passe de superbes vacances grâce a nos hôtes lourdés et ismael qui sont d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité très rare.
Merci pour les conseils et l'accueil plus que chaleureux!!! Et vivement la prochaine fois!!

No need to drive to stroll downtown. Located in the historic city center, the apartment is located two minutes from the monuments and the most important museums. It is surrounded by small squares: San Francisco, Mina, San Antonio, San Agustín, with its cafes and terraces. Central Market, 10 minutes walk, you can buy fresh produce (especially a large variety of fish and seafood) or options on site if you wish.

Out of the apartment, down the street, you can walk beside the sea to Genovés park and watch the beautiful sunsets.

Nearby restaurants offer specialties of the region (fish and seafood, shrimp omelette, ortiguillas, salmorejo, etc..).
