This renovated and contemporary 2 bedroom apartment is ideally located in heart of Cannes. Situated on a quiet pedestrian street (Rue Meynadier) in a charming century building (with elevator) on the third floor. All the rooms in the apartment have wonderful high ceilings and large double doors which make the apartment very bright and airy. Additionally, you'll be happy to come back home to relax and enjoy the lateral sea views from the two balconies which lead out from the lounge and bedrooms. For the business oriented, the apartment's central location puts you within a three minute walk to the Palais de Festival. For other vacationers, the beaches, Marche Forville and a large selection of restaurants are all within a 2 minute walk. Whatever the purpose of your visit to Cannes, this apartment is sure not only to please but also exceed your expectations.

Perfect for Family of Four

Alain and Candice's apartment was perfect for our family. We traveled from Washington DC to France to meet our daughter who is studying in Paris and son who flew in from New York. We spent five days in Cannes and it was the best part of our ten day trip. The apartment was perfectly appointed: two bedrooms with comfortable beds, clean, crisp white sheets. Minimal decorative accessories which meant lots of table top/shelf room for our stuff. An armoire in each bedroom with plenty of hangers and several drawers. One and a half bathrooms which were clean and conveniently arranged. The kitchen was clean and cheerful and had a table for four to sit comfortably. Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, range. Easy to move around in. Nice long hallway to all rooms. Lovely amount of sunshine in all rooms. Charming balcony looking out to the sea, down to the cobbled lane below and over the rooftops and into the hills. The family room, like the other rooms was sensibly furnished and comfortable. French doors in every room with lovely views. I would have preferred the towels to be white (just a personal preference) but otherwise, I was completely satisfied. The location could not have been better. We walked everywhere with pleasure. Bodega below the apartment with fresh fruits and vegetables, restaurants and shops in every direction. Walking, dining, shopping, sunbathing--- enjoying every minute of each day was inevitable. We ate all of our meals out because there were so many wonderful choices but if one chose to cook, the kitchen provided the essentials to do so. We took a boat over to St. Marguerite Island and spent a wonderful afternoon there. We took day trips to Grasse, St. Tropaz and St. Maxime. A perfectly lovely visit for all of us. Alain was extremely proactive in preparing us for our trip. His directions, suggestions for parking, and warm welcome came through in his email communications. I will recommend this apartment to family and friends and wouldn't be surprised if we came back again. Thanks Alain for all of your help in making our visit to Cannes wonderful. Appartement très bien placé, pratique, confortable

Nous devions voir de la famille à Cannes, nous venions de Paris en train, grâce à cet appartement, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds. Monsieur le propriétaire est même venu jours chercher à la gare pour nous montrer le chemin. Rien à redire sur ce séjour. L'appartement était très propre, la cuisine avec toutes les commodités de bonne qualité. Le lit bébé au top avec les petites couvertures confortables, bref, nous allons revenir dans cet appartement et nous allons le conseiller.merci encore pour votre confiance.

A Great and perfect place to stay in Cannes

I stayed in the apartment with my mother and daughter for 4 nights and I only can say we loved it from the first second. Everything is as described, even better. The apartment is decorated very tastefully, bright and the location can’t be better. Everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony with the beautiful view but actually we didn’t need to cook as all the good restaurants, bars, cafeterias etc are close-by. There is even the Carrefour-Supermarket around the corner. Alain was really helpful, he organized and prepared everything very well. Thank you again! I am sure we will come back.

We had an absolutely lovely time in Cannes. The apartment is everything the reviews say - charming, brilliant location, wonderful air-conditioning that is a treat to come back to after the heat of outside and fab double-glazing so that it is amazingly quiet, and everything is so well thought through, right down to the Nespresso machine!

Une perle rare. Mon amie et moi avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans cet appartement idéalement situé en plein centre de Canne. Vue splendide, accueil chaleureux, rien ne manquait. L'appartement est splendide, spacieux dispose de tout ce don't vous avez besoin. J'ai hâte d'y revenir. Je vous remercie du fond du Coeur.

A piece of Heaven on earth. This place is truly a gem. It has everything you need. Virginie waited for us at the train station even though we came very late. The apartment is extremely well decorated. Located in the center of Cannes. Gorgeous view from the balcony where you can have coffee and brioche in the morning. I can't wait to go back. Amazing apartment - loved it!

Apartment was fantastic - clean with everything we needed and in fantastic location in Cannes. Upon arrival, Alain was there to meet us and gave us a great run through of the place and the immediate area.

Highly recommend and if I am ever fortunate enough to be back near Cannes, will certainly be looking up this property again.

This apartment is the ideal starting point for your next business trip or vacation. The Palais de Festival and the beaches are no more than a 3 minute walk. At your doorstep, there are a large selection of lovely restaurants, cafes and bars all within a 1-3 minute walk. The pedestrian shopping street, 'Rue Meynadier' is just a few steps away, where you can find a bakeries, fruit shop, supermarket, pharmacy and many other stores. The luxury boutiques on the Croisette as well as all the other shops on Rue D'Antibes are just a short walk away. To get a real taste of the French culture, why not take a 2 minute walk to Marche Forville (open every morning) to enjoy this lovely and traditional French outdoor market.
