'Seaview' is a light and airy apartment with a modern feel. You'll

be a stones throw from the beach, with Eastbourne and Pevensey easily within walking distance along the promenade.

Sovereign Harbour with its many shops, bars and restaurants is less than a 10 minute walk away.

The apartment has a double bedroom with en-suite shower, the second bedroom has twin single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge diner and bathroom.

The balcony is double aspect with seating.

The apartment also has secure parking for one car.

Apartment very clean, modern and comfortable. Great having secure parking. We had everything we could possibly want and Debra was very helpful. Numerous restaurants at the harbour within walking distance. Lovely walk to Eastbourne pier along the sea front. We were lucky with the weather so able to sit on the balcony and take advantage of the lovely sea view

Perfect Holidays!

The apartment is exactly as you can see on the pictures. You have a wonderful view from the balcony.
It is very clean, cozy and comfortable and have everything for relaxing holidays.
We spent a week in Eastbourne and did´nt missed anything.

In 5 Minutes you´re at the beach and the Dotto Stop (a small train to the pier) and walk about 10 minutes to the next big shopping area and the Marina. We liked being able to park securely and the lift directly from parkground was very good.

Debra was very helpfull and friendly. She explained everything and gave us really good hints for things to do. We highly recommend this accomodation!

It has started with a very friendly and helpful contact to Debra White. It continued with an absolutely reliable and easy way of handing over the keys and an informative introduction to the apartment and the surrounding area. Our stay was most pleasant since the location of the apartment is quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. The facilities of the apartment offer everything you wish for and it is very clean. So thanks to a wonderful host, an enjoyable apartment and a beautiful surrounding we were lucky to spent a perfect holiday in the Seaview Apartment in Eastbourne.

Excellent holiday

We really liked the apartment and felt very comfortable. All the facilities were very good and the apartment was smart and clean. We liked being able to park securely and the lift was a real help with the cases and shopping.
The balcony was very nice too as it wraps around the apartment and has good views of the sea. The apartment is nicely situated with a short walk to the harbour restaurants and close to the leisure centre and park.
The things that we found we would improve is the heating as its a tank and so you have to plan when you need hot water, which we are not used to at home with a combi boiler. We also found the memory foam mattress a bit too soft. Overall an excellent stay and we booked again for next year. Good service and recommended. The food at the Harvester in the harbour was very disappointing.

Seaview ist eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber. Der Ausblick auf Meer ist beeindruckend. Zum Hafen sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Es war eine sehr schöne Woche. Wir kommen sicher wieder.
Alles war super. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben.
Seaview ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Perfect location, perfect views!

Very lovely accommodation located near to anything you wish to visit in or near Eastbourne. Very clean and immaculately laid out. It has an "upscale attitude" with a "down home" feeling. All accoutrements are available and the location, layout, facilities are all that are needed for a holiday.

It is located near shopping, restaurants and activities that are within walking distance across the Marina or into town.

The owner provides magnificent customer service and went "above and beyond" what one might expect to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable.

We highly recommend this accommodation and would love to stay here again!
