Villa with swimming pool in quiet area with privacy

Three bedrooms (accommodates up to 6 people) of which one is situated on the first floor (the latest with shower room, balcony and air conditioning).

The sizes of the new beds are: two rooms with 180/200 and one room with two beds of 90/200.

There is a sofa bed (145/190) in the living room for two people

Two bathrooms (in total)

Separate toilet

Living room (about 35 m2) with fireplace, two benches, one armchair, bunk, dining table for six people, radio/CD player.

Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, deep fried, hotplates (4) and a new dishwasher.

Covered terrace with table, six chairs and illumination.

Terrace with showers (2).

Pool (illuminated) of about 11x5m with 6 deckchairs and 3 adjustable chairs.

Garage (not accessible for renters).

Villa La Cisteraie lies in a very quiet area about 4 km south of Vidauban between the Pin Parasols on the edge of the Maures mountains.

The villa is surrounded by private (8.700 m2) grounds in which you will find a swimming pool (11/5 m).

Villa La Cisteraie has 3 bedrooms which can accommodate for holidays up to 6 people while in addition there is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.

There is a living room with a cosy fireplace, a new kitchen, two bathrooms and 1 toilet.

The paved outdoor area is about 150 m2 with dinning table for 6 people. The villa is surrounded by sunny terraces, an 2 outdoor barbecues and picnic table, a boule and badminton court and a large swimming pool (11 x 5m).

Pets are not allowed.
