Sunny 3 bedroom apartment for 5 people, 2 bathrooms, living room

Spacious and comfortable apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Dining room and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave). Decoration which makes it very pleasant stay. The apartment has a large garage in the same building, very close to the lift as well as air conditioning and WIFI fiber optics.

The city offers many recreational activities, from visits to historic to a wide cultural offer (concerts, flamenco, carnival, sunsets at the castle) locations. No car is needed as there are very good communication with the center of the city by city bus and only 200 m there is a nearby station to visit other attractions, such as Jerez, El Puerto de Santa María.

The small coastal towns and the Cadiz mountains provide a few miles, trips of interest. Seville and Gibraltar are within an hours drive.

We provide tourist and leisure city information and personal recommendations from the best restaurants, bars, beaches in the area.

We love this flat!! We will come back!

My sister and I stayed here and left very, very happy! The property is clean, well kept, and in a great location across from the beach and very near the bus to Cadiz center. Alicia was the best host ever! From the minute I inquired about renting, to the day we arrived and she picked us up, too helping us with the blinds, to amazing restaurant recommendations, to calling a taxi that spoke English!

We will definitely come back and stay here again! Thank you Alicia and Ramon! Thank you!

Génial !!!

Que des compliments, abolument rien à redire tant au niveau de l'accueil très chaleureux que des prestations...

Tout est mis en œuvre par Alicia Et Ramon pour le séjour se déroule sans soucis.

Disponibles, ils sont à même de faire face aux situations les plus compliquées, par exemple l'aide à la prise en charge par les services médicaux espagnols d'un enfant malade comme cela à été le cas pour nous.

Dans tous les cas l'hopital n'est pas loin, tout est à proximité de l'appartement, commerces, office de tourisme et plage.

Le chemin n'est pas long jusqu'à la plage Victoria et permet de faire une belle balade en soirée le long de la plage.

Toujours de bon conseil, Alicia et Ramon laissent à disposition une "bible" de Cadix, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour, des différents sites à visiter aux restaurants de la ville...

Rien de tel que d'être conseillé par l'habitant.

Vraiment des personnes charmantes, à l'image de Cadiz et de l'Andalousie.

Si vous avez l'occasion, n'hésitez surtout pas !!!

Nous sommes en train d'améliorer notre niveau de français: Je étudie un peu plus et Ramón a trouvé une application sur mobile qui est magnifique pour être compris en français . Nous espérons vous avoir avec nous mais cette fois sans visiter ne importe quel médecin , seulement plages , bars, ...

El apartamento está muy bien situado ya que permite disfrutar de la playa

en una zona no masificada y, a la vez, tiene una parada de autobús al lado

para visitar el centro de Cádiz. El piso tiene todo el menaje de cocina que

se pueda necesitar, estás como en casa, con TV y wifi . Ramón está

pendiente de todo lo que puedas necesitar y de informarte de actividades,

exposiciones y todo tipo de sugerencias para disfrutar del tiempo libre.

Por supuesto, cuando volvamos a Cádiz nos gustaría alojarnos de nuevo allí.

Apartamento espacioso y muy tranquilo

Es un piso muy amplio y espacioso, con todas las comodidades, como si estuvieras en casa. La situación es magnífica junto a la playa y cerca de la parada del autobús que lleva al centro de la ciudad. Muy silencioso y de fácil acceso. Dispone de aparcamiento, lo que resulta muy ventajoso para moverse por la ciudad y provincia. Hemos visitado desde allí casi toda la región durante siete días. Ideal para familias incluso con personas mayores. El trato con la propietaria es exquisito.
