The house is located in a very quiet environment Green Wood commune of Dolus (17550) on the southwest coast of the Island of Oléron.
Located at the end of a private street, there is no traffic noise. The house is also very clear.
The South West facing garden is private and vis-à-vis.

The sandy beach of Vert-Bois is 1km (15 minutes walk). It is bordered by a beautiful forest and is very extensive. Due west, you can admire the sunset.

Une villa dans une pinède

Villa tout à fait adaptée et équipée pour l'accueil d'une grande famille à proximité de la plage. Nous étions 10, entre 70 et 1 an, et les lieux permettent de respecter l'intimité de chacun. Le jardin est également très agréable. Bref, nous espérons pouvoir y séjourner à nouveau.

Rapport qualité prix correct

Belle maison de famille. Nécessité cependant de faire les réparations dues à l’usure ( une porte fenêtre ne ferme plus , porte d’entrée compliquée à fermer , extérieur à rafraîchir, haute herbe , taille des arbustes). Sinon ,maison globalement agréable à voir même si on est 12 personnes !

Très bon séjour.

La maison est spacieuse, avec nos enfants et petits enfants, nous avons passé une semaine trés agreable. Les commerces à proximité ainsi que la mer. Excellent séjour.....
