Perfectly located for exploring Granada and enjoying the atmosphere of this lively university town and historical vistar You will be able easily all monuments: Cathedral, Capilla Real, Alhambra, Corral del Carbon, Royal Hospital ... (Some of them a few meters.) Either on foot or by bus stopping continuously to the building entrance. And enjoy the art of tapas, or a day of skiing or beach about 30 or 50 min. The apartment has just been refurbished and is in a highly regarded residential area in Granada. Urbanization is one of the few that located in downtown, has gardens with swings and a pool. This apartment is our home when we visited Granada, so that is well equipped and try it very comfortable. Finally note that all rooms open onto the private terrace of 120sqm

Granada is a city of great cultural and tourist interest, declared 'World Heritage', and attractive by the city itself, and the natural posibidades offers beach and mountain a short distance, and a really nice atmosphere, especially in spring and autumn. Also located within walking distance of other Andalusian cities such as Cordoba famous 190 km, Seville and Malaga. The apartment we offer, has very easy access from the highway, but still located in the city center, near monuments and university, with green areas, (New Fountain Park right in front) public indoor swimming pool and sports facilities varied only a few meters. And Public parking just outside the building, a100 mts. The area is comfortable for shopping: supermarkets. (Mercadona and Carrefour), pharmacies, banks, cafes, dry cleaners, bookstores, ... walks, or simply enjoy the surroundings. For convenience of our guests we provide tourist information and entertainment suggestions. The apartment is newly renovated, fully air-conditioned, bright and all exterior, but one of the bathrooms. It has two elevators, concierge service during the day and night security guard.

TRULY A HOME AWAY. YOU'LL BE SO GLAD YOU STAYED.

Words may fail us here since we had such a wonderful 3 weeks at Maria Luisa's very well situated flat. First off, Maria's hospitality was par excellence. We were neophytes to Andalusia and needed quite a bit of guidance. Maria provides a well-stocked, clean, spacious, and exceedingly comfortable space; found great day camps for our 2 Spanish-speaking children; scheduled a lovely seaside escape for us in Nerja; and, basically supported us in every way we requested from our welcome to departure at the nearby train station.
Second, the flat is meters away from a lovely pool/deck/play area hovering above street level. The views across the valley are lovely, and the evenings spent reclining by the pool as our children made friends and swam have provided lingering warm memories of our time in Granada. The flat is located a short walk or bus ride from all the major attractions. Maria knows the area very well, and she steered us to good restaurants and shops (including Los Italianos, about which we can't say enough).
Third, Granada is a great "home base" for a longer stay in Andalusia -- it offers so many essential sites and ways to expand one's appreciation for its complex history. It's incredibly convenient for short trips to Cordoba, Nerja, Sevilla, and other places we wanted to explore.
Clearly, we appreciated this flat, Maria's hospitality, and our experiences in Granada -- a perfect vacation.

VERY COMFORTABLE, VERY CONVENIENT.

We stayed three days but wish it had been longer. The apartment is tastefully furnished and well equipped. With its two bathrooms it is very comfortable for two couples. The kitchen has everything you need if you like cooking and there is a supermarket nearby. Also close are several good bars and it is an easy walk to the Albyacin and the interesting backstreets around the university. Maria Louisa, the owner is very charming and helpful and she has prepared a folder with a lot of useful information to help you make the most of your stay. It is also a good choice if you are travelling by car as Maria Luisa can arrange parking beneath the building. We have no hesitation in giving this apartment the highest recommendation.

GREAT APARTMENT!

We spent five nights in the apartment. It was in a wonderful and secure location, 3 minutes walking from the lively Gran Via street, we could go to the main Granada locations and tourist area by feet: Plaza nueva, Alhambra, la Catedral, ... The apartment has a great terrace, very confortable bedrooms, and totally equiped kitchen. The host, Mrs Luisa was very friendly and attentive to our questions, she offered us plenty of information about where to go and what to visit in Granada. We enjoyed our stay, most definitely we'll return!

MAGNÍFICA ELECCIÓN

Fuimos a Granada a la Graduación de nuestra hija y elegimos este apartamento por su ubicación, principalmente. Fue una elección perfecta. El anuncio no sólo se ajusta la realidad, sino que en ciertos aspectos se queda corto.
Mobiliario muy bien distribuido y completo. Además cuenta con una terraza impresionante y el parking que te permite poder utilizar el coche en pleno centro de la ciudad.
Mª Luisa es encantadora y muy atenta. Se nos olvidó un transistor y al día siguiente nos estaba llamando para advertirnóslo.
El apartamento es totalmente recomendable, de hecho pensamos repetir.

UNA PENA

Realmente, el piso esta genial, limpio, luminoso, bien situado etc.
En cambio el trato hacia nosotros, por parte de la propietaria nos ha dejado muy mal sabor de boca.
Después de concretar fechas, nos indica que formalicemos y cerremos el trato, como normalmente se hace, y nos mandará contrato.
El 22 de febrero serealizan las gestiones oportunas y se le remite justificante ;después de muchos avisos por nuestra parte , solicitando contrato, mediante diferentes medios de comunicación actuales, no lo recibimos.
A unos 50 km de Granada, le llamamos y nos indica que el apartamento no es posible usarlo hasta las 4 de la tarde, que ya lo pone en el contrato.
Llevamos días de viaje y el contrato lo manda el día anterior a la salida, el 17 a las 22.30 de la noche.( casi dos meses desde recepción del dinero).
Nos dice que en la pagina ya indica la hora de entrada. (comprueben ustedes).
Tenemos que dejar el coche en un parking y esperar a entrar al piso.
Le solicitamos un paño de cocina, ya que no había; y nos contesta que ha dejado servilletas de papel (7) . y un rollo de papel ( con 5 papeles).
Tb una pastilla de lavavajillas ....
Anuncia el parking, pero no es posible acceder a su plaza, y mediante acuerdo verbal nos proporciona otra plaza con diferentes condiciones.
Una pena.
La casa estupenda, la ciudad maravillosa, pro nos vamos con mal sabor de boca.
Siento ser la nota discordante del las opiniones, pero yo cuento mi experiencia.

Constitution Avenue is a landscaped garden with a great atmosphere, always lively. Next to the bullring where they will find some of the best tavernas for 'tapas', and so very near to one of the monuments recommended as the Basilica of St. John of God or the Royal Hospital. The apartment is located in a luxury residential complex with playgrounds, maintenance and security. The high-level area is very popular in Granada, and quite central, with all kinds of shops very close, but with a very easy and direct access from the highway A92 Malaga-Madrid (1'5Km in a straight line from the output) . You really only need your car if you want to travel to the Costa Tropical 50 minutes, 40 minutes to Sierra Nevada, golf course ... or any of the beautiful natural spots available to Andalusia. From the apartment we recommend you visit the historic center on foot, or has links to most buses and taxis, just outside the building. Find, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cafes, a few meters. Public park with trees across the Avenue.

The large terrace gives the apartment a pleasant feeling of space, so we provide a bicycle for children and skates. Moreover, the kitchen has a superior equipment: pressure cooker, kettle, juicer citrus, thermos bottles, trays, cart waitress ... and a granite countertop hygienic and easy to maintain. Moreover, even the kitchen has air conditioner / heating. Finally summer highlight the importance of a common external areas that have swings for children and a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and sunshades. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a closed and guarded complex, which is accessed by a private alley. The bus stop is coming out into the street, just below the terrace (where the photo was taken exposed), and wait a few minutes to go almost anywhere. Finally, there is a public car park about 100 meters. the portal.
