The apartment is a spacious 2 bedroom flat with a large and comfortable double bedroom, a large single bedroom with an extra sized single bed. the flat is also provided with a double sofa-bed. The apartment has a kitchen that is equipped with ll the necessary to cook all possible dishes. The dining area can host comfortably 6 adults. The bathrooms are one full with a large shower cabin and a other bathroom with jut sink and WC but with a Wash&Dry machine. The flat is exceptionally bright and the floor heating guarantees a good feeling and temperature in the cold months. The air conditioning is in every room.
Appartement très bien situé, à quelques pas du pont du Rialto, d'un supermarché, d'un traiteur et bien entendu de nombreux restaurants. Appartement calme, propre avec des équipements modernes. A l'arrivée, le propriétaire a pris le temps de nous indiquer sur une carte les divers centres d'intérêts et comment s'y rendre (très appréciable).
We stayed in the Lion's House Apartment 2 over the Easter weekend.
It is a lovely apartment, well maintained and very modern with everthing that you need. The location is fantastic, on San Lio, just off the main thoroughfare between Rialto and the Piazza. There are some very good restaurants nearby, with Restorante ai Barbacani (Calle Paradiso) being one of the best fish restaurants we have eaten at in Venice.
Excellent location (5 minutes walk from Place Saint Marco and Rialto bridge) but isolated enough to be in quiet location). Very nice and clean apartment. Owner very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.
This fantastic flat is just off Saint' Mark Square, literally 3 minutes’ walk from the square and in the direction of Rialto, so it is very close also to the other major Venice attraction. The proximity to supermarkets and groceries makes it extremely convenient.
The transportation is either from the stop of Saint Mark or Rialto as the flat is pretty much in the middle. Private water taxis can approach in the nearby canal that is 20 meters from the flat's entrance.
