The villa benefits from a sunny disposition until the setting sun and beautiful views over the golf and the esterel mountains. The villa is overlooking the riviera golf course and offers total privacy in a natural environment.

The terrace is a room by itself with outdoor salon extended with a lawn leading to the swimming pool area. The terrace is ideal for an evening aperitif watching the sun setting over the golf course.

The villa is ideal for golfers, families with small children and teenagers as all family members can live in total privacy. The villa is ideal for friends spending holidays together, who can share the villa and the independent studio.

There are many activities around the property, all being less than 5 to 10 minutes drive, such as tennis club, water sports, golf (the old course and riviera golf), horse riding, hiking, mountain biking etc.
