1 Bedroom apartment in quiet ground floor location

The apartment has been home to a UK couple for the last 5 years and is equipped and maintained as a home rather than holiday accommodation.

It is a ground floor apartment in a quiet location which benefits from Internet Access (WiFi) with Satellite TV to enable you to watch UK channels at your leisure or keep up with International News and the office while you are away.

There is a large terrace and garden from which to enjoy the Summer sunshine.

Books are also provided along with beach mats for you to while away a relaxing day before dinner in one of the restaurants in town.

Beaulieu Sur Mer is a quiet coastal town (English translation : Beautiful place by the sea) situated between Villefranche and Eze Bord de Mer and is easily accessible by bus or train between Nice and Monaco.

It is home to the Villa Kerylos (an ancient Greek Villa) and Le Jardin De L'Olivaie, a public garden with over 100 Olive trees offering shade from the Summer sunshine and a venue for musical events and close to the famous Hotel 'La Reserve'

There are 2 beaches and ports (Petite Afrique and Baie des Fourmis), both within easy reach of a comprehensive array of convenient restaurants and bars.

The town is host to many families and personalities who have spent Summer in the resort for generations and truly lives up to it's reputation as a 'hidden jewel' of a location along the French Riviera

Beaulieu has a train station and regular bus service through the town so it's very easy to travel to many of the other resorts along the French Riviera (Monaco, Ventimiglia, Italy), Nice etc.

Notes

  • Payment via PayPal from credit/debit card in Euro.
    25% of the Rental Sum is payable with the booking and the Balance 2 months before arrival.
    There is a refundable Security Deposit of €200 Euro payable in addition to the final Balance ( This will be refunded within 7 days of your departure , subject to satisfactory inspection ) and €50 Euro to cover the end of stay cleaning service.
    Our office hours are 9am to 6pm. We will endeavor to meet you on arrival and check out . However, in some circumstances this might not be possible in which case we will agree something different.
    Out of hours meetings may be charged at the rate of 20 Euro.
    Should you have a car and wish to rent a secure garage ( within the same building) - our neighbour has one to rent at a cost of 50 euros per week

What a shame to have to return home !

What a wonderful experience ! From the website we had a good idea of what to expect, but the reality of seeing the apartment with its great facilities and layout far exceeded the images we had seen on our computer !! Sheena went to great trouble to tell us about everything - something we have never experienced on previous lettings. What a shame to have to return home - but when we next return to Beaulieu we know exactly where we will be staying - at Les Palmiers - a home from home !!!!

Perfect Antidote

We really enjoyed our holiday: Beaulieu, the apartment and the weather were the perfect antidote to a long Scottish weather. And for walkers, Beaulieu is ideally situated for coastal walks along the Sentier littoral to higher walks on the Plateau de la Justice. Ideal, central and very calm

Thank you for everything, Beaulieu is a perfect stay for us, flat, trains, and buses and Super U. The flat is ideal, central and very calm. The weather in March was mixed but when we return in June , it will be back to normal. We look forward to returning with some swimming and alfresco dining, what a treat - thank you

Beautifully Furnished

Thank you for everything ! A great flat beautifully furnished and very comfortable right in the centre of Beaulieu within walking distance of everything you could need. We have taken the train to Monaco and bus to Nice and explored further afield. A terrific holiday. Expect to see you again but we might like a little less rain next time ! Many thanks again

An amazing vacation!

Thank you very much for an amazing stay! Truly appreciate the warm welcome and all the help upon arrival. The apartment felt like our home away from home. It is perfectly maintained with everything we could possibly need. Your attention to detail and all the warm touches made us feel right at home - this made a huge difference to our stay and added to an amazing vacation. We are already planning our trip back next year and are looking forward to another wonderful stay. Thank you again for everything !!!
