Very bright apartment of 53 m2, renovated in 2012, with a wooden terrace of 16m2, facing south, for lunch or sunbathing, near the Lecques beach and the marina (450 meters or 7 minutes on foot , from the sea by a charming little pedestrian path and a street called allée des mimosas)
The journey to the beach takes 7 minutes on foot. Parking is provided in front of the house on the wooded lot.
All shops in the village center of Lecques (400m-500m)
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house, it is independent.

St Cyr sur Mer Summer Holidays

Perfect location if you are looking for a relaxed holiday. 5 to 6 minutes walk to St Cyr sur Mer bay with Restaurants, cafes and beautiful beach. Especially early mornings. Host was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation did suit us even with our cocker spaniel and 2 teens. Despite busy August period, our holiday was exactly what we were looking for and we would recommend this location to our friends and family’s.

Logement très propre et bien équipé conforme à la description , mais environnement bruyant car situé à proximité d 'une voie de chemin de fer ou passent trains tgv , corail , et ter et une route départementale .
