Modern, tasteful and well-sought after apartment near Excel Centre

This very modern two bedroom apartment forms part of a 12 storey building which is located next door to the famous excel exhibition and conference center opened in Novermber 2000. In April 2009, Excel played host to the 2009 G-20 London Summit.

The property does not just benefit from a close proximity to the Excel Center but also the Royal Victoria DLR station which again is at the back of the building. The DLR goes straight to stratford International (Olympic Village) within 11 mins. You can also use the DLR to central London. The journey time is about 20Mins.

This property is also next door to Crowne Plaza Hotel, so if you feel like eating out or having a drink in a very trendy environment then you have it. In total you will have access to about 6 hotels in the area including, Renaissance, Novotel & Ibis.

The apartment also benefits from a sit out terrace over looking the water front.

This accommodation gives you the opportunity to have a very relaxed warm homely living in a trendy environment with all you need within walking distance. Numerous bars and restaurants are also situated in the area.

The apartment itself benefits from a two double bedroom with lots of storage space. All the bedrooms have a top to bottom window which allows lots of sunlight. The entire apartment can sleep up to 5 people.

Our stay has been perfect, is as show in the photos, wide, clean and very good placed apartment, there is a station dlr that in 10 minutes takes you to the center of London, also there are many supermarkets which open every day ..... and the boy who attended to us was very attentive and agreeable ..... recommended

Perfect for Excel visitors.

Our party arrived in the morning and David showed us the apartment. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is a two bedroom apartment with an additional airbed for a fifth person. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and tv. The Tesco 24 hour supermarket is in the same building, which is very convenient. The DLR station also is directly in front of the entrance, so it's easy to go to London City. And it is just a 5 minute walk to the west entrance of Excel, which made it super comfortable for us since we had to work at the Excel full hours. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area, all within walking distance. The apartment was clean and everything was fine, David is very friendly and flexible about check-in and check-out times. I can fully recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to go to the Excel.
