Strategically located in the center of Soller, but in a very quiet and far from noise and traffic area, the house benefits from beautiful views of the mountains and has a large garden with chill out area, covered terrace with dining area, barbecue and different areas for relaxing al fresco.

The property is minutes walk from the main square in Soller, so no need to rent a car. For those who decide to bring a car, there is a private parking.

Perfect for family holidays. It is also ideal for those seeking tranquility and be away from the bustle of downtown, or even lovers of nature and open spaces. The hiking trails and the best walks in the area are just minutes from home.

There is a 4m diameter above ground pool in the garden, perfect for families with children.

Nearest Beach : Port de Soller at 4 Kilometres

This property is located in Soller, a nice valley of the north-west Majorcan coast. Famous by its delicious oranges and olive oil, the valley has some of the nicest attractions in Mallorca, including the wooden train and tram, the picturesque port with the fishermen old village, the only sand beach on the north-west coast and stunning hiking and trekking trails. The area has recently been declared a World Heritage by Unesco.

Among the best things in the town, excellent fresh local fish and seafood, a fantastic modernist architecture examples like the church, lots a hidden little streets offering great shopping and the stunning mountain views.

Notes: The swimming pool is 5 meters diameter and 1.20m deep. A/C in the master bedroom. There are two cats living nearby, and some tenants feed them. Please let us know in case of allergies to cats.

We stayed at this house for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house itself is very clean and nicely decorated but the garden was the place we spent most of our time. It is spacious, pretty and quiet.

The street is very quiet and close to the main shopping area and town square. We do not have a car and so it's location was ideal for us.

The owners came regularly to maintain the garden and clean the pool. They provided friendly customer service and on two occasions left breakfast ensaimada and pastries for us which was a really nice gesture as well as toys for the children.

I would definitely recommend this house to others, particularly those with young children.

We stayed here for four days in April 2012. Had a really great time. The property is very well laid out, functional very clean and well decorated. Great outside facilities as well - bbq area, covered seating, lovely little garden, beautiful flowers and citrus trees, gated entrance + parking. Very close to central Soller - just off the main shopping street.

Keep up the high standards. We will come back.
