This luxury bright and spacious three bedrooms apartment with two terraces is located In the exclusive Community “Residencial Hotel del Golf”, few minutes drives from Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Residencial Hotel del Golf has 24 hours security, a resident English speaking managing agent who takes care of the apartment and who is contactable during your stay, tropical mature garden, outdoors heated swimming pool, underground private parking with access to the apartment by elevator, and private access to the Las Brisas Golf Club House and its restaurant.

The 160 square meters apartment (1720 sq. feet) is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, remote controlled heating and air conditioning and 2 private parking spaces in the garage has . A large entrance hall leads to the spacious living and dining area which includes chairs and sofas, a table for up to eight and with access to the terraces. A terrace, south-west facing and equipped with a round table and six chairs, overlooks the golf course and the other, north-east facing with stunning mountains views, is equipped with a tea table. The apartment has three bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the other with two twin beds and the third with an office area and a sofa double-bed (140 cm. wide). In the entrance hall there is also a bookcase incorporating an additional 80 cm. wide foldable bed.

The apartment has two en suite marble bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including cooker, fridge, microwaves, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, iron & ironing board. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV, (english, german, french and italian channels), CD/DVD player, free WIFI internet connection and it has two private parking places in the underground garage.

Residencial Hotel del Golf sets is in the 'Golf Valley' leading up from Puerto Banus with four 18 holes golf courses at a short drive away - Aloha, Los Naranjos, La Quinta and, off course, Las Brisas.

The sea is 3 km away with marinas, beaches and promenades within easy reach. Sunbathing, windsurfing, paragliding, sailing, diving are all available. The surrounding area has many restaurants, supermarkets, bars and shopping malls.

Marbella and Puerto Banus offer designer shops, jet set marina, nightlife until dawn.

San Pedro – a more Spanish feel with a long sea promenade, beach and restaurants for the best of local fresh fish.

Ronda, a wonderful village in a mountains area spotted by typical Spanish villages, is 30 miles away.

Gibraltar - an easy 1 hour drive - is worth a visit.

Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada, the historical Andalusian cities, can be reached between 1 and 2 hours drive.

Ski at Sierra Nevada - 2 hours by car - should you looks for winter sun and ski at 2.800 meters.

Born in Venice, Italy and graduated in Economics, I developed an international management career in multinational companies in Italy, USA, UK, South America and Spain. Now retired I live in Italy and I work as a partner in a management consultant firm.

I bought this property because of its location in Marbella and the very well organized owner's Community. I am still using the apartment, when not rented, to spend some time in Andalucia meeting friends and playing golf, as I do with another holiday apartment (HomeAway nr. 1371421) I own in Sestri Levante - Italy. Initially I bought two contiguous apartments I completely restored to create one single large, bright and comfortable apartment with 2 terraces northeast and southwest oriented and 2 private parking places.

I choose Nueva Andalucia and Hotel del Golf because it stands in the heart of Costa del Sol, in a peaceful environment few miles from Marbella and Puerto Banus, with their end-less supply of fashionable shops, world-class restaurants, lovely marinas, spectacular golf courses and a vast number of lively bars and clubs. From Hotel del Golf you can easily reach by car amazing peaceful villages in the surrounding mountain region or magic cities such Granada, Cordoba or Sevilla, with their typical Spanish atmosphere and their historical heritage.

Fantastic experience in Beautiful apartment

Myself, my partner and another 2 couples rented the flat for a week. With three rooms it was perfectly equipted to sleep 6 and even had a couple fold up spare singles to fit even more people so perfectly thought of. The rooms, toilet and kitchen were also all very well stocked and provided with appropriate equipment. Cooking was easy as there was so much crockery although the kitchen isn't massive, it was still comfortable to use. Both terraces have stunning views onto the golf course and town, with Marbella's iconic mountain side landscape. Such a lovely setting for lunch and dinner time.
The complex is also very well looked after, communal garden and pool wasn't packed with people and it remained reasonably quiet.
The only slight disadvantages were that the pool was almost too warm to find refreshing when swimming in it and that the complex is not really within walking distance from the main road so taxis or hiring a car was required but this is a common issue with Marbella in general and the drive was only 5 minutes so taxis weren't too expensive.
The six of us agreed that the price is very reasonable for how nice the place is and that we overall a wonderful holiday mainly due to staying in such great place.
Both owner and manager are pleasant to communicate with, quick replies and very helpful.
Definitely recommended and will hopefully come back!

A Fabulous Stay in Paradise!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time in Nueva Andalucia! Not only is the location of the club gorgeous, but the apartment and its surroundings are immaculate. The property was very well maintained and we felt very comfortable and relaxed, as it was very spacious - even for the 6 of us - and well equipped. Hotel Golf Las Brisas is within a 30 minutes enjoyable walk from the small village Aloha, where one can find a couple of supermarkets, cafés, and a few restaurants. I particularly recommend Evita - Argentinian Steak Rest. Don't miss the tango show on Thursdays! It's worth seeing. Puerto Banús, Marbella and San Pedro de Alcantara, are some of the enchanting towns easily reachable by car. The owner was extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer my questions, give me recommendations about this or that, and ensure that we'd have a nice stay. I recommend this place wholeheartedly and look forward to going back! Thank you, Piero, for making our Christmas vacation such an unforgetable experience:) Monica and Family
