The villa is a 3 level maisonette, in a luxury villa complex (of 4 totally independent newly built houses). The villa consists of two sections: the main house and the guest suite. It features 3 luxury bedrooms, a separate guest suite for 2 persons, terraces with amazing sea and port of Kea views, beautiful sunsets and private infinity pool. The complex is situated in the peaceful spot of Aetofolia (Eagles Nest), 800 m from the port, and 1 km from Yaliskari bay with its café and organized beach. The sunset from the villas is an unforgettable experience. You can enjoy romantic dinners, sunset cocktails or sunset swims from the deep infinity pool on the terrace.
The white interior of the house with stone touches and the simple yet elegant deco gives you a relaxing ambiance and enjoyable atmosphere. Worth mentioning are the interior roofs decorated by traditional style wooden logs and the off white floors which are also wooden.
The Villa is spread in 3 levels. On the ground level is the open plan living area with fireplace and plasma TV, a dining area, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge enjoys access to a gorgeous marble floor veranda with a teak sun lounge area, an outdoor dining area and a relaxing place to enjoy cold drinks and aperitifs overlooking the sea and port life. On the upper level there is the master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom, sea and port views and private terrace. On the ground floor there is a guest house with separate entry, king size bed and private bathroom. Finally on the lower level there are 2 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom. One bedroom has twin beds and the other bedroom a king size bed.

How to come to Kea Island (Tzia) Cyclades:
Kea Island (Tzia) is an 1 hour boat trip from the Port of Lavrio, which can be easily approached directly from Piraeus Port and the Athens International Airport 'Eleftherios Venizelos' and other areas in Athens and Attica, by car and public transport. There are daily ferry trips from Lavrio Port to Kea Island and the island is also connected by boat to the islands of Syros and Kithnos.

By Car / Taxi:
Via the “Attiki Odos” Motorway or via Posidonos Avenue leading to the Athina – Sounio Avenue. If you get a taxi to Lavrio Port, fare is approximately 45 euros, departing from the Athens Airport.
By Intercity Bus:
from Piraeus Port
If your starting point is Piraeus Port, travel to Victoria Station by subway and at a distance of 100 m from the station is the Intercity Bus Depot at Pedion Areos Park.
From downtown Athens (Omonia Square or Larissa Station).
Right outside Larissa railway station is the metro taking you to Omonia Sq. From Omonia you change line to Victoria and at a distance of 100 m from the station is the Intercity Bus Depot at Pedion Areos Park.
Departures to Lavrio are every 30 min.
from Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos”.
From the airport there are intercity bus departures to Lavrio via Markopoulo.
By Suburban Railway:
You can travel by suburban railway to Koropi, which is about a 1 hour trip, and then you change to an intercity bus that will reach Lavrio via Markopoulo in about 40 min.
