Los Jardines is a private, enclosed residential complex of only 3 blocks of 4 apartments, 2 on the Ground Floor and 2 on the Upper Floor. Apt 2C is on the Upper Floor of Bloque C and affords countryside views as well as overlooking the communal Swimming Pool and lawned Gardens. Access is via a private Staircase to the side of the apartment. Private Entrance, Living/Dining Room with sliding glazed doors to front Terrace; Open-plan fitted Kitchen with range of wall/floor cabinets, worktops with inset sink/drainer, ceramic hob, oven and extractor, dishwasher, w/machine, fridge/freezer, and windows to side and front; Master Bedroom with wardrobe and window to side, En suite Shower Room with walk-in shower, vanity unit with basin,w.c.; Guest Bedroom 1 with built wardrobe and window to rear; Guest Bedroom 2 with shelving and window to side; Guest Bathroom with bath and shower, vanity unit, w.c., window to rear. Security shutters. A/C. Open Terrace to front, private Roof Terrace with BBQ.

Los Jardines is located in the popular rural beach resort of Port des Torrent, some 3 km west of San Antonio, to the west of the island. The village comes alive from April to the end of the October, and benefits from a host of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, all within 250 metres of the apartment, as well as having two rental car offices close by. The village is well serviced by local bus routes which can take you thru' Cala De Bou and in to San Antonio, or further afield to Ibiza Town via San Jose.

The local beach, being sandy and child-friendly, is very popular and only a 5-minute walk from the apartment and offers 3 beach bar/restaurants, a diving school and a watersports centre with supervised water-skiing, banana boating and wake boarding. The beach also has a regular ferry service which can take you in to San Antonio Port or to the outlying beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta.

Los Jardines is ideally located with regard to the great beaches of the west and south west of the island: Cala Bassa, a 6 minute drive, with it's Beach Club; gorgeous Cala Conta, only a 10 minute drive, possibly one of the best locations if you want to take in the sunsets at either the 'chill-out' bar above the beach or S'illa des Bosc, a superb restaurant on the cliff above; the pristine beach at Cala Tarida, a 12 minute drive; Cala Moli, the same distance, being a converted cove with a beach bar; child-friendly Cala Vadella with a choice of restaurants, only a 20 minute drive; Cala Carbo, another small but beautiful cove with two beach restaurants; and finally, a little further on, Cala Jondal, a 25 minute drive, with it's world famous 'chill-out' restaurant/beach clubs, The Blue Marlin and Tropicana.

If you prefer exploring the countryside, San Agustin is well worth a visit and only a five minute drive; San Jose, with it's famous church, boutique shops and restaurants, is a further five minutes and Ibiza Town is only a 15 minute drive away; San Antonio, with it's busy centre, Yacht Club and harbour, host of bars, restaurants and shops is only a 12 minute drive and access to and from the airport is also very good being only a 20 minute drive.

If deciding not to hire a car, Port des Torrent is on two main bus routes giving access to all the above.

This 3 bed Sef-contained Apartment is situated in a private, residential complex, known as Los Jardines, which is located in the popular beach resort of Port des Torrent, in the municipality of San Jose, some 3 km to the west of San Antonio, to the west of the island.

The apartment is ideally located if you are looking for a quiet, away-from-it-all self-catering holiday, but still within a 5 minute walking distance from a local beach. Port des Torrent offers a host of facilities and amenities, including restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as, from the beach, water sports including diving, water skiing and banana-boating.

If you don't want to hire a car, Port des Torrent is well serviced by mainline bus routes, which operate frequently, and can take you to San Antonio, San Jose, Ibiza Town, and the popular beaches to the west of the island - you can even catch a small ferry from the quay on the beach which will take you in to the harbour and port of San Antonio.

Alternatively, Los Jardines offers a lovely Communal pool and gardens where you can spend your days just taking the rays!

There is a large Communal Swimming Pool for the use of residents and guests of the 12 apartments, as well as mature and established communal Gardens, mainly laid to lawn, ideal for sunbathing on! The complex is completely enclosed with pedestrian access via a gate and there is a vehicular entrance gate giving access to the apartment's allocated, off street parking bay.
