Up to 3000 boats may congregate is an area known as Party Cove, officially named Anderson Hollow Cove. A quieter place to visit may be the Ha Ha Tonka State Park on the Niangua Arm of the lake. Famous for its geological formations there are ruins of a stone-built castle with stunning views across the Lake of the Ozarks. There is also a 100-foot high natural bridge and several caves. Visitors can pick up a hire car in St Louis and drive along the I-70 to Osage Beach or get a connecting flight to Waynesville-St Robert Regional (TBN) Airport which is just 54 miles from Osage Beach.
