Holidaymakers looking for a vacation in a beautiful location should look no further than the Atlantic Seaboard in South Africa. Located in the Western Cape in the south west corner of the country there are many interesting things to see and do here. This area also has a number of bars, coffee shops and restaurants with a good variety of cuisine.
This region of South Africa is home to several places of interest including museums such as the Hout Bay Museum. There are many areas providing great scenic views such as the harbour and the Blackburn Ravine. Another big attraction in is the World of Birds, which is the biggest bird park in Africa. The Blue Train at Mouille Point promenade is a fun thing to ride on for children. Cape Town city centre is just a short drive away and has many more interesting places to visit including the famous Table Mountain and the Two Oceans Aquarium. Nature lovers should pay a visit to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve too.

The warmest months are January and February with an average temperature of 21 degrees centigrade, whilst in June, July and August the average is approximately 13 degrees centigrade.
Cape Town International Airport (CPT) is approximately 25 minutes drive from Atlantic Seaboard and has flights to and from various cities. These include the other main cities of South Africa as well as Amsterdam, Istanbul, Kuala Lumpur, London and Singapore. There are seasonal flights from Frankfurt and Munich in Germany. Numerous car rental firms have counters in the international and domestic arrivals terminals. These include Avis, Budget, Dollar Thrifty, Europcar, First Car Rental, Hertz, National Alamo and Tempest.
