Aust-Agder is a county in the beautiful south of Norway, spreading north and inland from the Skagerrak coast in South Norway. There are no airports in Aust-Agder itself, but your self catering accommodation can still be reached from the airports in the neighbouring counties. To the north is the city of Skien, and to the south is the city of Kristiansand. However, you may not find flights directly to these airports from much of Europe, so look for ones going from the UK to Oslo from where you can either drive, or catch a connecting flight onwards.
