Tamarin Bay is a really popular surfing beach which became famous in the 60’s and 70’s with the hippy culture.
In summer, (November until March) conditions on a Mauritius holiday remain hot and dry. Conditions are so good that a swim suit is all you need, with temperatures averaging over 32?C in the warmest months. In winter (June and August), temperatures remain around 24?C, although the reliable sea breezes make it seem a little cooler.
