Make a holiday rental, home, or villa in Javea Spain your home away from home
Javea has been lucky enough to benefit hugely from the tourist invasion to the Costa Blanca, without having the problems associated with package tourism. This means that whilst being slightly quieter than some of the other Costa Blanca resorts and Costa Blanca holiday rentals, the town has retained its small town charm, and Javea holiday properties are mostly privately owned, self catering luxury properties, including Spanish apartments and villas. There is also a choice between self-catering villas, villas with a pool, or a combination!
A Javea villa is perfect for family holidays, as the main beach, Arenal, is considered the best option for children in a Costa Blanca holidays. The sandy, gently sloping beach is protected in a rocky cove, leaving the blue flag waters calm and clear. Not only this, but the mountainous backdrop and beach front promenade boasting over 50 bars and restaurants prove that a luxury property in Javea will provide a sensational Javea holiday, and all within easy walking distance of the majority of villas in Javea.
