  • What does it mean to activate my software connection to HomeAway.co.uk?

    You can “activate” HomeAway.co.uk as a channel partner in your property management software. This connection allows you to distribute your listing data directly from your software to the HomeAway network. Every time you add a new listing or update an existing one, the new content is automatically passed from your software to HomeAway. This results in better quality listings because content like rates and the availability calendar are up to date.
  • Which part of my listings can be updated through the activation process?

    When you activate your connection, the following information will update automatically on your HomeAway listing: descriptions, facilities, photos, availability, bedroom and bathroom data, rental rates, and rental rates notes. Reviews and Contacts do not currently update. A high quality listing is as complete as possible, and has good quality content. Your account manager can advise you further on this.
  • Where do I make changes to my listings once my software connection with HomeAway is activated?

    Once your software connection is activated, you must manage all of your listing data within your software. This simplifies the management of your listings in one location. If you were to update information directly in the HomeAway.co.uk dashboard, that information would be overridden by the data stored in your software nightly.

    The exception is for reviews since those are not updated. If you need to manually enter a guest review, you will still do that through the HomeAway.co.uk Dashboard.

    Continue to use your HomeAway.co.uk dashboard to follow the status of your listings, your subscription levels, and other distribution options in the HomeAway network.
  • How often can my listing data be updated once I activate my software's connection to HomeAway.co.uk?

    Once your software connection is activated, listing data is sent to HomeAway.co.uk at least once a day.
  • My software is integrated with HomeAway.co.uk, but I have a support question. Who should I contact?

    For questions related to the activation and updates to HomeAway, please contact your HomeAway.co.uk Account Manager.

    For all other questions, please contact your software support team.
  • How much does it cost to list with HomeAway.co.uk?

    To learn more about HomeAway.co.uk's product offerings and pricing, contact your HomeAway.co.uk Account Manager.
  • Are there any requirements to activate your software with HomeAway.co.uk?

    Property managers need to have a minimum of 5 listings to be eligible to activate the integration between your software and HomeAway.co.uk.
