However, please be aware that average prices quoted can be raised or lowered depending on the standard of properties found in a certain area. For example an area with a lot of budget properties, may make the going rate we quote look lower. An area with a lot of high end luxury properties may make the going rate look higher. This means you could earn even more then the prices that are quoted by the calculator!
