Where to go on holiday in June? Visit Kyrenia, Cyprus
Situated just outside the Eurozone, Northern Cyprus promises warm weather, history and culture in equal measure. The harbour city of Kyrenia combines ancient ruins with sandy beaches and stunning scenery. Talk a stroll through the old town, with its whitewashed buildings and crumbling towers, before heading to the newer part of the city when night falls. Here you’ll find restaurants and taverns serving some of the finest kebabs in the Med, made with chunks of salty halloumi and grilled chicken.
