Spaghetti with Tomatoes au Gratin

Ingredients (Serves 4):
350g spaghetti
4 large tomatoes
80g parmesan
80g breadcrumbs
1 dessertspoon oregano
30 ml olive oil
Salt
How to cook this dish:
1. Wash the tomatoes, cut in 2 halves, take away the interior part and fill them with a mix of parmesan, breadcrumbs, oregano and salt.
2. Pour some olive oil on the tomatoes and cook them in the oven at 180°C for about 40-50 minutes.
3. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti in water.
4. When the tomatoes are ready, purée half of them and add them to the drained spaghetti.
5. Add the remaining tomatoes on top of the spaghetti.
6. Serve hot.
