Naan Pizza with Peppers & Onions
"Growing up my mom made us French bread pizza at home. I didn't have any French bread on hand, so I decided to use my frozen tandoori naan as the dough. The rest of the ingredients are used on pizzas. Instead of peppers and onions, you can use olives and mushrooms. The dish is great for lunch or dinner; if you aren't in the mood to cook and are looking for something quick and easy to make, naan pizza is great."
