Watermelon with Feta Cheese and Tomatoes
"I first had this delicious dish in Qatar, in the Middle East. It was served without tomatoes and with mint as the main herb. Some time later I had it in Cyprus, where tomatoes and coriander were added. Ever so easy, ever so delicious! Just try it!"

Ingredients:
Half a watermelon
150g feta cheese
2 tomatoes
A small bunch of mint or coriander
How to cook this dish:
1. Cut the watermelon in squares.
2. Cut the feta cheese in small blocks.
3. Cut the tomatoes in small pieces.
4. Wash and cut up the herbs.
5. Mix all the ingredients and flavour with your favourite dressing!

Serve with:
A chilled Sauvignon Blanc, some humus, taramasalata and tzatziki with pitta bread.
