2 slices of bread 1 egg 1/3 cup milk 1 tbsp brown sugar ¼ tsp salt Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

Beat the eggs, sugar, salt, then blend in milk and essences. 2.
Dip the bread slices in the mixture and fry in a lightly oiled pan over a medium heat. 3.
Cover the pan as you fry for 1 minute on each side, or until golden brown. 4.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
