Fiestas in Javea
Javea has two main Fiesta periods that see the whole town spring to life to celebrate in true Spanish style. The ‘Jesus the Nazarene’ is held annually between the dates April 28th- May 3rd and the ‘Our lady of Loreto’ Fiesta takes place from 1st September to the 8th September. At a Javea Fiesta, you’ll be feasting, dancing, parading and watching fireworks light up the sky until the sun comes up!
Javea’s Archaeological and Ethnographic museum
If you wish to discover Javea’s past the Archaeological and Ethnographic museum in the town centre in the perfect place to do it. Here you will find a plethora of interesting exhibits and documents detailing Javea’s amazing medieval history.
Monastery of Nuestra Señora de Los Ángeles
