Canoeing trips along the river also provide some of the best, and least seen, views of the Duras chateaux, caves and castles too.
Golfers are also very well catered for. The exceptional Chateau de Vigiers golf course offers a fantastic 18 hole round in glorious Lot-et-Garonne landscapes, as well as all the rental and practice facilities you might need to blow away the cobwebs after your journey. The club house is also home to gyms, restaurants and spa facilities for those requiring a little pampering after their attempts to conquer the course! All you need to book a round here is your handicap certificate.
