Cuyo is the central western area of Argentina which includes the areas of Mendoza, San Luis, San Juan and La Rioja. Cuyo has hot sunny summer weather which, being in the southern hemisphere, is from October to March. Temperatures range from 24-30°C (75-86°F). The cooler months are June and July when daily highs average 15°C (60°F). It is a semi-arid climate with low rainfall at any time, making it ideal to enjoy a Cuyo holiday rental at any time of year.
The main international airport serving Buenos Aires is the Ezeiza Ministro Pistarini International Airport (EZE) which is 37km (23 miles) from the heart of the city. From London to Buenos Aires it is a 16 hour flight and from New York it is 10.5 hours.
