The St Tropez region of France has a number of interesting and popular holiday rental destinations, and Beauvallon is one of the most popular of the lot. The town has a large number of villas, apartments and town houses, providing visitors with the chance to return to comfortable accommodation after a long day of sightseeing and fun in St Tropez.
A holiday in the St Tropez region is often all about the beaches, and Beauvallon has some of the best beaches in the area. As well as long sandy stretches there are a variety of water sports on offer – so if you have ever fancied trying your hand at jet skiing or wind surfing for instance, this could be the place to do it.
The coast is just a short walk from the majority of Beauvallon holiday accommodation choices, and some stunning sea views can be enjoyed from many of them. What better way to enjoy your breakfast or an evening glass of wine than with a Mediterranean Sea sunrise or sunset?
St Tropez is, of course, the main reason why many visitors book their holiday in this part of France, and has all the attractions to live up to the hype that they generate. Beauvallon accommodation offers close and easy access to all of these tourist-draws, with the ability to then retire to a quieter area of town at the end of a busy day. You can always drive to local destinations, but from Beauvallon it is also possible to board a boat shuttle and arrive not only in style, but also in half the time!
Sainte Maxime is just 4km east along the coast, and is one of the principal towns in the region, successfully combining an 'old town' feel with a range of modern attractions and amenities. The bustling streets of Saint Maxime lead to its lovingly maintained parks and gardens, before taking the traveller to the outskirts, where some of the best beaches lie.
Beauvallon is not a ‘summer only’ destination, but the vast majority of visitors to this part of France do head there during June, July or August, when daily high temperatures often exceed 30°C. The slightly cooler climes of April and May are also reasonably popular, but although September is equally as warm, this is also the time of the year when rainfall starts to increase.
Beauvallon is 95km from Nice Cote d’Azur Airport (NCE), making it relatively easy to reach from Great Britain and Ireland. A number of airlines fly to this destination, with options to suit all budgets. Upon arrival in Nice it is advised that holidaymakers hire a rental car to help get them to their pre-booked accommodation.
